★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan test swab buruk, tidak ada nomor antrian, sudah input data di KF mobile tapi masih harus isi data lembaran lagi, hasil swab harus diambil ke klinik baru dapat, hasil tidak muncul juga di peduli lindungi setelah 2x24 jam.

Gue bergejala covid banget mutusin swab terdekat karna nafas udah engap gak sanggup jauh2 akhirnya swab disini Kimia Farma Tiara Pamulang! Dan ternyata......
- Antri swab PCR 2 Jam-an
- Yg orang swab antigen dan PCR satu orang doang (padahal ada antigen dan PCR tp bnrbnr satu orang doang)
- hasilnya HARUS ambil sendiri ke klinik jam 12! EH pas dateng ternyata HASILNYA BELOM ADA (GUE BIASA SWAB DI JAKARTA SBLMNYA KRN GUE KERJA TAPI HASILNYA SELALU DIKIRIM WA GAPERLU AMBIL SENDIRI DAN nyampe seharian juga udah ada hasilnya)
- gue tanya minta wa karna gamau buang2 waktu karna gue juga kerja gak dikasih (eh pas cek ignya ternyata ada, online tapi ga dibales)
- MBAKMBAKNYA JUDES!

I have symptoms of covid, so I decided to take the nearest swab because my breath was short, I couldn't go far, finally swab here Kimia Farma Tiara Pamulang! And it turns out......
- Queuing for PCR swabs for 2 hours
- Only one person swab antigen and PCR (even though there was antigen and PCR, but only one person)
- the results MUST be picked up at the clinic at 12 o'clock! Eh, when I arrived, it turned out that the RESULTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE (I USUALLY SWAB IN JAKARTA BEFORE I WAS WORKING BUT THE RESULTS ALWAYS SENT WA DON'T NEED TO PICK IT UP FOR THEMSELVES AND ALREADY GET THE RESULTS)
- I asked for a wa because I don't want to waste time because I also work and I wasn't given (uh, when I checked the ig, it was there, online but no response)
- IT'S JUDES!
I FEEL WORTHY OF SWABING IN A WRONG PLACE I DON'T KNOW SO ORIGINALLY TWO DAYS OF WORKING TIME I WASTED WHERE I WAS NOTHING ABOUT COVID SYMPTOMS WANT TO MAKE A POSITIVE SURE WHAT SHOULD I NOT EVEN WORKING IN THE CLINIC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman. Pendaftaran tes PCR dan Antigen di lantai 2. Disarankan datang lebih awal agar terhindar dari antrian panjang. Dibagi 2 sesi perhari untuk tesnya, hasil (Antigen) tertulisnya keluar antara 1-2 jam (bisa dilihat di pedulilindungi juga). Tidak menerima pembayaran tunai.
The place is comfortable. Registration for PCR and Antigen tests on the 2nd floor. It is recommended to arrive early to avoid long queues. Divided into 2 sessions per day for the test, the results (Antigen) are written out between 1-2 hours (can be seen in protected as well). Does not accept cash payments.

Dan instruksi nya kurang, contoh orang2 yg mau antigen dan pcr dr lantai 1 ke lt.2 tidak diinfokan harus kasih lembaran form yg telah diisi ke siapa, jadi saya yg menunggu antrian lab dengan inisiatif menginformasikan ke pengunjung untuk memberikan form ke petugas di pendaftaran agar nanti nama nya dipanggil satu persatu.
Dan hasil cek lab info nya akan di email bila sudah selesai,, selesai ambil sample jam 11 siang,, infonya akan diemail 3 jam kemudian,, dan ditunggu sampai jam 6 sore tidak ada email. Alhasil membuat saya harus ambil fisik hasil lab nya,, Jam 7 malam saya kesana untuk ambil hasil nya,, dan di kertas hasil lab nya tercatat hasil sudah selesai dan diprint jam 2 siang. Dan saya tanya ke petugas nya knp tidak di email tadi siang?dan hasil nya, petugas hanya DIAM.
Saya baca review² disini memang kurang bagus,, saya kira hanya sebatas review biasa, tapi bagi saya yg baru pertama kali kesini,, WOWWW,, pantas orang2 review nya kurang puas, karena saya pun juga merasakannya..

And the results of the lab check, the info will be emailed when it's finished, finished taking the sample at 11 pm, the info will be emailed 3 hours later, and waited until 6 pm there was no email. As a result, I had to physically take the lab results, at 7 pm I went there to get the results, and on the lab results paper it was recorded that the results had been completed and printed at 2 pm. And I asked the officer why it wasn't in the email this afternoon? And the result, the officer was just SILENCE.
I read the reviews here, they are not good, I think they are just ordinary reviews, but for me, it's the first time here, WOWWW,, people deserve the reviews that are not satisfied, because I also feel it..

Sebenernya pelayanannya bagus kok, cuma disayangkan ada beberapa Pegawai yang kalo ditanya judes jawabnya. Yaa ga semua kok, cuma tadi banget baru kealaminnya.
Terus saran saya kalo emng test PCR skrng memakan waktu lebih lama sampai keluar hasil mohon di ganti ya Min di app, di App masih 1 hari hasil keluar soalnya. Ga masalah kalo sampe 2 - 3 hari baru ada hasil, tp alangkah baiknya disesuaikan dengan kondisi.
Takutnya yang udh daftar online, butuh hasil PCR nya 1 x 24 jam, terus tiba2 jadi harus 2-3 hari kan kesian, uang udh keluar, hasil pcr dibutuhin juga untuk keperluan penerbangan misalnya.

I'm afraid that those who have registered online, need the PCR results 1 x 24 hours, then suddenly it takes 2-3 days, it's a shame, the money has come out, the results of the PCR are also needed for flight purposes, for example.
