baru kali ini sih kecewa dng Dr gigi sndg, gigi saya patah, saya minta di cabut akar nya, dr ini sangat tidak profesional, kurang mahir dalam tindakan tapi dr ini menyalah kan pasien yg kata-nya saya terlalu tegang "gara2 bapak sih ini, yg mudah jadi susah" kata nya, setelah tindakan tidak berhasil karena gigi yg di tarik malah patah. dan dengan segala alasan lain nya, gigi nya miring, di samping nya juga sudah kosong(ompong) yg pada akhirnya tindakan tidak terselesaikan dan dialih kan ke rekan dr lain nya. dan hanya -+ 3 menit tindakan selesai. juga saya mau tambahkan, ketika kita akan di tindak pencabutan gigi , dengan mulut di suruh buka selebar-lebar nya dan menahan tusukan pengoyak gusi, apakah kita bisa rilek? tolong pengurus klinik lentera/Oraetlabora dokter2 nya di fit & proper lah. untuk menjaga nama Oraetlabora tetap baik.
this is the first time I'm disappointed with Dr. sndg's teeth, my teeth are broken, I ask to pull out the roots, this dr is very unprofessional, less proficient in action but this Dr. is blaming patients whose words I am too tense "because of this father, which is easy to be difficult "he said, after the action was unsuccessful because the tooth that was pulled even broken. and with all his other reasons, his teeth tilted, on the side he was also empty (toothless) which in the end the action was not resolved and was transferred right to another colleague from him. and only - + 3 minutes the action is complete. I also want to add, when we are about to have a tooth extraction, with the mouth told to open as wide as possible and hold the prick of the gum, can we relax? please administer the lantern clinic / Oraetlabora, the doctors are fit & proper. to keep Oraetlabora's name good.

Ke poli gigi tp dokternya gak banget deh, gaada ramahnya. Pasien kok di omel omelin. Ngerjainnya jg terpaksa dan setengah2 bukannya makin bener malah di rusak. Haduuuhh dibikin sakit hati sama dokter gigi disana. Sebagai dokter etikanya dibenerin lg deh ngomong sm pasien pake nada tinggi. Kecewaa deh jatuh reputasi klinik cuma gara2 satu dokter sengklek
Go to the dental clinic but the doctor isn't really, not friendly. How come the patient is scolded by scolding. I was forced to do it and half, instead of getting right, it was even damaged. Haduuuhh hurt the dentist there. As a doctor, the ethics is correct, by saying that the patient uses a high tone. I am disappointed that the reputation of the clinic has fallen just because of one unscrupulous doctor

Dulu berobat disini sebagai pasien non BPJS dan ketika menjadi faskes BPJS jadilah klinik ini faskes keluarga saya. Ternyata yang membedakan hanya perlu bayar dikasir/apotek atau tidak perlu bayar jika termasuk yang ditanggung BPJS. Untuk pelayanannya baik yang non BPJS maupun yang BPJS menurut saya hampir tidak ada bedanya, beberapa dokter (khususnya) dan staf saya rasakan kurang ramah. Dan untuk obat BPJS kenapa selalu diberi hanya untuk 3-4 hari konsumsi, tidak pernah lebih dari itu. Kenapa pasien diminta untuk bolak balik klinik hanya karena obat yang diberikan tidak mencukupi atau jika kondisi belum sembuh/sehat. Apakah memang jatah obat pasien BPJS hanya untuk 3-4 hari?
I used to seek treatment here as a non BPJS patient and when I became a BPJS health facility, this clinic became my family health facility. It turns out that the difference is that you only need to pay at the cashier/pharmacy or you don't have to pay if it's covered by BPJS. For services, both non-BPJS and BPJS, in my opinion, there is almost no difference, some doctors (in particular) and my staff feel less friendly. And why is BPJS medicine always given only for 3-4 days of consumption, never more than that. Why are patients being asked to go back and forth to the clinic just because the medicine given is not sufficient or if the condition has not healed/healthy. Is it true that BPJS patients' drug rations are only for 3-4 days?

Harusnya gampang buat bikin buku kronis dan ambil obat, tapi dipersulit suruh balik lagi ke rs dan harus orangnya yg datang

Pertama kali pake BPJS minta rujukan, suster adm nya baik baik, seperti nya banyak orng timur, dan sudah senior, tidak murah senyum, tapi buat saya cukup baik, dapat dokter Sari, ramah, baik, mendengarkan keluhan dan juga dapat periksa dengan teliti. Terima kasih dok, Terima kasih suster dan adm.
The first time I used BPJS, I asked for a referral, the admin nurse was kind, it looked like there were a lot of eastern people, and they were seniors, not smiling, but for me it was quite good, got Doctor Sari, friendly, kind, listens to complaints and can also check carefully. Thank you doc, thank you sister and adm.

Saya kecewa dengan pelayanan seorang dokter gigi di klinik ini. Saya baca di atas sdh ada yg menyebut nama dokter giginya meskipun disingkat. Orangnya sangat tidak ramah. Gigi saya tercabut tambalannya. Lalu sy kena drg ini, saya non BPJS. Masak saya disuruh nunjukkin gigi sy yg berlubang pakai cermin, padahal dia kan dilengkapi alat (seperti cermin kecil) untuk melihat lubang gigi saya. Orangnya judes dan biaya tambalnya tdk murah. Saya sampai kaget ketika harus membayar. Mohon pihak klinik meninjau ulang penggunaan jasa drg ini, karena akan menurunkan citra klinik.

My tooth filling was extracted. Then I got this drg, I'm not BPJS. I was told to show my cavities using a mirror, even though he was equipped with tools (such as a small mirror) to see my cavities. The people are bitchy and the patch costs are not cheap. I was shocked when I had to pay. Please the clinic to review the use of the services of this doctor, because it will reduce the image of the clinic.
