β β β β β Klinik yang sederhana dan murah,, pelayanan cukup baik dokter ramah dan ga nunggu lama. Fasilitas nya ditingkat kan lagi klo antri siang lumayan aga panas' padahal banyak ac nya. So far recomended klinik untuk sekitar pamulang
Simple and inexpensive clinic ,, the service is good enough, the doctor is friendly and doesn't wait long. The facilities are improved again if the queue in the afternoon is quite hot even though there are lots of air conditioners. So far the clinic is recommended for around Pamulang

β β β β β Batuk saya sudah 2 minggu,mengganggu sekali,ga bisa tidur malam,ga bisa kerja juga sudah beberapa hari..saya minta rujukan ke spesialist paru ga dikasih,kata dokternya klo rujukan ke spesialis paru,klo batuknya berdarah,dan berat badan turun..waduh tunggu parah dulu baru ke dokter spesialis paru..saya sudah bilang,saya pernah sakit paru2 basah,tapi ga dikasih juga rujukan..biasanya klo batuk sudah 2 mingguan,dirujuk buat rontgen,ini tidak..ribet minta surat rujukan,tunggu tunggu parah dulu baru bisa ke dokter spesialist?
I've had a cough for 2 weeks, it's really annoying, I can't sleep at night, I can't work for a few days.. I asked for a referral to a lung specialist and it wasn't given, the doctor said if I was referred to a lung specialist, if the cough bleeds, and I lose weight.. oh wait, I'll just have to go to a lung specialist.. I told you, I've had wet lungs, but I didn't get a referral. it's bad before you can go to a specialist

β β β β β Untuk petugas mbak2 nya yg pakai kacamata saya gk tau yah nama anda siapa, entah itu perawat atau bagian pendaftaran, tolong jaga sopan santun dan etika. Jd sore hari ketika saya antar ibu saya berobat, si mbak ini dari awal saya dtg nada bicara nya memang agak ngegas dan terdengar agak sengak! Saya berdiri di bag pendafatran ada dia dan 2 org tmn nya. Harusnya ketika pasien dtg dia tanya mau berobat mba atau apalah bahasa nya yg sopan, (*point minus pertama) tp dia diem aja. langsung sy bilang mau berobat bisa mba?. Dgn ketus dia jawab bisa, umum atw bpjs. Setelah sy jawab dia mengalihkan ke tmn nya yg laki2. utk pelayanan dari mas2 nya cukup sopan buat saya, setelah dia cek kartu bpjs mas nya ini langsung menyodorkan kertas utk mengisi id pasien. Saya tulis lah di meja pendaftaran tsb, tb2 si mbak2 yg berkacamata itu dtg dgn melempar dan mebanting keras status pasien dpn muka saya yg sedang menulis sampe saya kaget! Thats point yg paling2 saya gak respect sama manusia ky gini! Saya sdh adukan ke dokter pd saat di ruang poli. Dan dokter bilang "maaf ya mba, petugas nya lg cape dari pagi gk enak badan" atau apalah itu alasan beliau yg saya dengar. Helawww tolong yah apapun alesanya anda kerja di pelayanan mbak! Profesional lah dalam bekerja! Cape bukan alasan utk bersikap seperti org tdk beretika!
For the ladies and gentlemen who wear glasses, I don't know what your name is, whether it's a nurse or the registration department, please maintain good manners and ethics. So in the afternoon when I took my mother for treatment, this sis from the beginning when I spoke, her tone of voice was a bit loud and sounded a little hoarse! I was standing in the registration bag and there were him and his 2 friends. When the patient came, he asked if he wanted treatment, Ms. or whatever, in polite language, (*first minus point) but he just kept quiet. I immediately said that I want treatment, ma'am? He curtly answered yes, general or bpjs. After I answered he turned to his male friend. for service from the mas2, it was quite polite for me, after he checked the BPJS card, the mas immediately handed me the paper to fill in the patient id. I wrote it down at the registration desk, tb2 the ladies with glasses came throwing and slamming the patient status in front of my face who was writing until I was shocked! That's the point that I have no respect for humans like this! I have complained to the doctor when I was in the poly room. And the doctor said "I'm sorry ma'am, the staff is tired from this morning, not feeling well" or whatever, that's the reason I heard from him. Helawww please, whatever the reason, you work in the service, Ms. Be professional at work! Cape is not an excuse to act like an unethical person!

β β β β β 2 kali ke sini, pertama ke dokter gigi tp nggak ada solusi apa apa. At least bilang kalo giginya harus dicabut kek, atau diapain gituu. Cuma bilang "kami ga ngasih pelayanan itu". Ya ngomong lah kalo emg itu prosedur lg pandemi, masa kita disuruh nebak2 sendiri. Trus kemarin terpaksa dtg lagi karena udah bingung harus ke dr manaa, kirain pelayanannya udah berubah. Eh mamaku disuruh mangap doang dibilang radang. Trus pas mamaku bilang perutnya perih, dgn gampangnya dokter bilang OH INI LAMBUNG. Si dokter bahkan nggak periksa perut SAMA SEKALI, even ditepuk2 or pake stetoskop. Kecewa bgt
I've been here 2 times, the first time I went to the dentist but there wasn't any solution. At least he said that his teeth had to be extracted, or what to do. Just said "we don't provide that service". Yes, let's say that if it's a pandemic procedure, it's time for us to make guesses for ourselves. Then yesterday I had to come again because I was confused about where to go, I thought the service had changed. Eh, my mom was told to just say it's inflammatory. Then when my mom said her stomach hurt, the doctor easily said OH THIS IS THE STOMACH. The doctor didn't even examine the stomach AT ALL, even patted it or used a stethoscope. Very disappointed
