★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawannya ramah dan informasi yang diberikan juga jelas, ruang tunggunya nyaman, disediakan snack dan minuman untuk pasien. Saat ambil darah, tidak sakit sama sekali pdhl sdh panik krn ada pengalaman buruk ambil darah di tempat lain. Best lah
 The employees are friendly and the information provided is also clear, the waiting room is comfortable, provided snacks and drinks for patients. When taking blood, it doesn't hurt at all after panicking because there was a bad experience of taking blood elsewhere. It's the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk Pelayanannya Bagus dan ramah, tapi untuk kualitas dokter, apoteker dan obat-obatan yg diberikan buruk sekali.. Penyakit saya cuma luka gores kecil yg udh hampir kering dan rapat, tetapi saya berobat di situ dengan BPJS malah dikasih obat gak jelas dan seiprit. Saya pakai obat itu beberapa hari luka bukannya rapat dan sembuh malah jadi parah, melebar, mendalam, berair dan bengkak sampai kaki saya kesulitan berjalan(pincang). Sangat kecewa dengan Kimia Farma ini, sebelumnya pun berobat wasir pake BPJS hanya diberi Ambeven, dalam hati ngerasa keiris bayar BPJS mahal-mahal malah dikasih Ambeven sekalinya berobat.
The service is good and friendly, but the quality of the doctors, pharmacists and medicines given is very poor.. My disease is just a small scratch that is almost dry and tight, but I was treated there with BPJS and instead I was given medicine that was not clear and simple. I used the medicine for a few days, the wound was not tight and healed, instead it became severe, wide, deep, watery and swollen until my leg had difficulty walking (limping). Very disappointed with Kimia Farma, previously he was treated for hemorrhoids using BPJS only with Ambeven, in my heart I felt like paying BPJS expensively was even given Ambeven once for treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan poli gigi sangat buruk..di suruh antri berjam jam dgn ruangan yg panas sampai anak saya kepanasan dan dlm keadaan berkerumun hanya untuk mendaftar untuk ke esokan harinya. Tidak ada petugas yg memberikan informasi sekalinya adapun tidak punya empati. Tidak akan lagi saya berobat ke tempat ini.
The dental poly service is very bad.. I was told to queue for hours in a hot room until my child was overheated and in a crowd just to register for the next day. There are no officers who provide information at all and have no empathy. I will not go to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil antigen lama bgt bisa 4jam, pdhl di klinik lain bs lsg dilihat. Antrian utk ambil form antigen nyampur sm antrian umum, ditelp jg ga pernah diangkat.
The results of the antigen take a very long time, it can take up to 4 hours, but it can be seen at other clinics right away. The queue to take the antigen form mixed with the general queue, the phone call was never picked up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kacau. Mau swab antigen di sini karena Deket rumah. Pertimbangan baby bisa ditinggal sebentar datang lang stgh 10. Petugas daftar cm 1 orang.. selama hampir 20 Menit akhirnya bisa swab antigen di bawah.. ternyata di tenda luar. Panas nunggunya sampe bawah kagak ada petugas swab nya. Gimana sih? Kok ya level BUMN kayak gini ??? udah hampir setengah jam nunggu.. albabu di rumah sendiri gtw gmn kabarnya. TOLONG DIPERBAIKI LAH!
Chaotic. Want an antigen swab here because it's close to home. Consideration that the baby can be left for a while, come after 10. The register officer is 1 person.. for almost 20 minutes, finally, the antigen swab is below.. it's in the outside tent. It was hot waiting until the bottom there was no swab officer. How is it? How come the BUMN level is like this I've been waiting for almost half an hour... Albabu at home, how are you doing? PLEASE FIX IT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya kurang baik untuk rapidtest disini lama dan tidak teratur pasien untuk rapidtest nya banyak tapi petugas medisnya cuman 1 orang saya dan hasil untuk tes antigen hasilnya lama bisa lebih 3jam..saya di tes antigen jam /5 sampai jam 8 malam hasil nya belum keluar
the service is not good for the rapid test here, it is long and irregular, the patients for the rapid test are many but the medical officer is only 1 of me and the results for the antigen test can take more than 3 hours.. I was tested for antigen from /5 to 8 pm the results have not come out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekelas BUMN tapi pelayanannya parah, hanya di bagian pendaftaran di lantai 2 saja yang sabar dan ramah, selanjutnya saat mengantre di tenda biru, Masyaa Allah, protokolnya ga ada, ramainya bukan main, petugas yang melakukan pengambilan sampel hanya 1 (SATU) orang. Pemanggilan tesnya pun tanpa pengeras suara, banyak yang terlewat, beberapa kertas pendaftaran pun ada yang terselip. Dengan pelayanan seperti ini dan tidak dipatuhinya SOP terutama untuk protokol kesehatan, dengan dilakukan pengaduan di laman pengaduan Kemenkes, ketentuan pemberian sanksi oleh Kemenkes sudah dapat dijalankan dengan sanksi terberat adalah pencabutan ijin.
