★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekitar 2 minggu lalu sy periksa gigi di klinik ini, yg menangani drg Pram. Ternyata ada gigi sy yg sdh ada tambalan tp sdh retak dan berlubang, lalu dr ini membongkar kemudian menambal kembali lobang tsb tanpa treatment lain. Alhasil mulai keesokharinya sampai 2 minggu sy msh merasakan sakit, sy periksa kembali dan ditangani dr lain, ternyata seharusnya gigi sy yg berlobang hrs dimatikan dulu syarafnya, baru ditambal. Kalau langsung maka ada bakteri yg terjebak di akar gigi dan mengenai syaraf, makanya ada rasa sakit. Sy disuruh rontgen dulu, baru akan ditreatment ulang. Padahal waktu sama dr Pram sy sdh dicharge 2 aplikasi. Sungguh pengalaman tdk menyenangkan krn krg propernya seorang drg.

As a result, starting the afternoon until 2 weeks, I feel pain, I checked again and handled by another doctor, it turns out that the syringe should have a nerve shut off, then patched. If it's straight then there are bacteria that are trapped in the roots of the teeth and hit the nerves, so there is pain. Sy was told to X-ray first, then it will be re-treated. Though at the same time Dr. Pram sy sdh charged 2 applications. It was an unpleasant experience because of the reputation of a drg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ R+ Klinik Gigi pelayanannya ramah, nyaman, murah, tempatnya bersih. Kemarin ke klinik pas banget ada banyak promo, dokternya ramah bgt. Perawatan di klinik ini harganya sesuai dengan kantong mahasiswa. Buat kalian yang anak rantau atau kos, klinik ini rekomendasi banget pokoknya. Sembari nunggu di ruang tunggu di sajikan permen dan air mineral. Yang lebih nyaman lagi tempat nya ber-Ac jadi pas nunggu antrian ga gerah sambil nonton tv. Terus kalo kalian pasien baru dapat souvenir juga loh. Klinik ini di jogja ada 7 cabang, jd bisa di cari aja yang Klinik nya warna ijo bertuliskan R+ klinik gigi.
R + Dental Clinic, the service is friendly, comfortable, cheap, the place is clean. Yesterday I went to the clinic when there were lots of promos, the doctor was very friendly. The treatment at this clinic is priced according to the student's pocket. For those of you who are overseas children or boarding houses, this clinic is really a recommendation. While waiting in the waiting room, candy and mineral water are served. What is even more comfortable is the place with air conditioning so when waiting for the queue it is not hot while watching TV. Then, if you are a new patient, you can get souvenirs too. This clinic in Jogja has 7 branches, so you can just look for the green color clinic that says R + dental clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kali pertama memakai layanan disini (tanggal 28 Agustus 2020). Gigi geraham atas patah dan goyang, sakitnya sampai ke hati heheh. Ditangani oleh drg.Arum dan dicabut patahannya, serta ditambal sementara. Tidak lupa diberi resep obat antibiotik dan anti radang. Drg Arum sangat halus dan komunikatif, saya puas dengan penjelasan teorinya. Berikutnya saya dirujuk untuk datang lagi guna menangani keluhan gusi dan harus di rontgen dulu baru diperiksa dengan dokter lain yang khusus menangani syaraf gigi (akan datang lagi ke klinik 3 hari kemudian). Overal: staf resepsionis ramah, assistant drg juga baik, Drg.Arum terima kasih ya. Dokter dan assistant melayani dengan APD lengkap. Suasana klinik nyaman, payment bisa dengan mesin EDC atau Shoppee Pay. Soal biaya, seperti reviewer lainnya, sangat terjangkau. Pertahankan kualitas dan pelayanannya ya ERPLUS ?.

Namun sangat kecewa ketika datang lagi 3 hari kemudian, dokter yang dirujuk (drg.N***t*) mendadak tidak bisa datang padahal saya sudah pesan dari 3 hari sebelumnua dan konfirmasi ulang dengan resepsionis pada hari H jam 14:30. Tidak ada pemberitahuan sama sekali melalui HP. Kondisi gigi belum membaik, eh dokternya membatalkan praktik. What a bad luck and very disappointed. ☹
This is the first time using the service here (August 28, 2020). The upper molar is broken and loose, it hurts to the heart heheh. It was handled by drg.Arum and the fracture was pulled out, and it was patched temporarily. Do not forget to be prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Drg Arum is very refined and communicative, I am satisfied with the explanation of his theory. Next I was referred to come again to deal with gum complaints and had to take an X-ray and then checked with another doctor who specialized in dental nerve (will come again to the clinic 3 days later). Overal: the reception staff is friendly, the assistant drg is also good, Drg. Thank you. Thank you. Doctors and assistants serve with complete PPE. Comfortable clinic atmosphere, payment can be with an EDC machine or Shoppee Pay. Regarding cost, like other reviewers, it is very affordable. Maintain the quality and service, yes ERPLUS ?.

But very disappointed when he came again 3 days later, the doctor referred to (drg.N *** t *) suddenly could not come even though I had ordered from 3 days before and reconfirmed with the receptionist on the day of 14:30. There is no notification at all via cellphone. The condition of the teeth has not improved, but the doctor canceled his practice. What a bad luck and very disappointed. ☹
