Kos ini juga sangat dengat dengan terminal Condong Catur sehingga jika anda tidak mempunyai kendaraan masih bisa explore kota Jogya. Untuk mencari makan dan kebutuhan sehari hari sangatlah mudah anda bisa berjalan kaki ke depan sudah ada Giant dan beraneka macam resto seperti SS
Kebersihan Kos lumayan baik, ada penjaga, terdapat parkiran mobil dan juga fasilitas wifi
Biaya kos bulanan berkisar antara 1.4 juta sampai 1.5 juta rupiah
The location of this boarding house is very strategic in my opinion, located opposite the Hartono Mall, and next to the BTN Bank. This boarding house is also very close to the Condong Catur terminal so if you don't have a vehicle you can still explore the city of Jogya. To find food and daily needs, it is very easy, you can walk to the front, there are Giant and various kinds of restaurants such as SS
The cleanliness of the boarding house is pretty good, there are guards, there is a car park and also wifi facilities
Monthly boarding fees range from 1.4 million to 1.5 million rupiah
