★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak menghargai waktu pasien. Sering sekali di sini dibuat menunggu lebih dari setengah jam dari jam janjian WA. Untuk apa janjian di WA kalau selalu ngaret. Pernah sengaja terlambat karena malas menunggu lama sampai di klinik tetap menunggu lama. Tidak cekatan dan menghargai waktu pasien. Sudah sering komplain tp tetap berulang kejadiannya, payah.
Does not value the patient's time. Often here we are made to wait for more than half an hour from our WA appointment hours. Why make an appointment in WA if you always hang out. Was deliberately late because he was lazy to wait a long time to arrive at the clinic and still waited a long time. Not dexterous and respects the patient's time. Bikin janji di WA. Pelaynan ngaret dikit aja krn mungkin aku pasien pertama masih perlu siap2 dulu dokter n perawatnya. Tanpa perlu swab untuk tindakan, tpi Sebagai pasien baru aku dikasih form untuk data diri dan riwayat perjalanan. Dokternya enak buat ditanya2 juga. Trus, nambal kecil di geraham bawah kiri depan dan scaling sedikit, tindakannya sekitar 40 menitan. Hasil tambalannya natural

Baru tahu lho kalo gigi berlubang, diupayakan tambal dulu, jangan dicabut. Ternyata gigi itu aset penting.
Di sana dapet 3 saran treatmen yaitu pembersihan karang gigi, menambal gigi berlubang dan cabut gigi bungsu.
Tadi baru bersihin karang gigi, dapet foto before afternya. Jadi tahu kondisi gigi kita.
