---I am here not to see a doctor.---
The building is good, huge, comfortable. It has atm inside the building. But the big problem is a place where we can park our vehicle. I came on 7 august around 16:30 and i can't find place yo do it. No authorities to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good academic teeth and mouth special hospital; friendly, quick, and professional services; comprehensive services, from teeth and mouth illness until cosmetic purposes; kind of big hospital for such speciality. Not a crowded hospital, at that time. It is a five floors building with plenty of seats for patients and family. The lighting inside the building is not bright enough, and the parking area is not big enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming here after all this time with covid-19 situation. This hospital is also my place for study and lab work.
The receptionist staff are very friendly and helpful always welcoming and usually have a smile for all the patients even the awkward ones and the dentist's and support staff are top notch and don't mind explaining everything and anything that the patients might have about any concerns that they might have. Miss this place before covid :(

One of the worst hospital I've ever visited, Bad experience and STILL TRAUMATIZED
one of major reason the doctor is unprofessional (even specialist) and lack of personnel attitude. E.g: doctor (specialist not resindence/koas) is wrong pull out my mother tooth, let me think.. Hello?? is it considered as a malpractice???? He almost wrong pull out my tooth too. Moreover wrong giving prescription. The most unprofessional experience in the hospital.
And a nurse once said to me, "ehh, bukan disitu buangnya. Bukan disitu cucinya."
Excuse me? "Eh??" not even say "Silahkan cuci tangan dan buang tisu disini, ya kak". Oh my lord where did she learn the manner??
The cashier too, extremely doesn't has empathy at all. She keep watching Netflix and yelled to me "Hahh?? Hah?? Gimana?? GIMANA SAYA GAK DENGER" when I tried to pay the bill for my teeth extraction. POST teeth extraction. Come on, patient even can't say properly. Where is the empathy?
This is not matter using insurance or not. To sum up. I don't think they have manner, empathy, and politeness. I pray for all of them that they will experience same things so they can realize their behaviour to other human being.
Plase just consider to try other hospital/dental clinics which really CARE about the patients
