Tingkatkan pelayanan ya... Belajar utk smart kepada semua orang. Adakan tranining ttg pelayanan secara berkala, tidak asal comot orang utk jadi karyawan/perawat.
The staff is not friendly.
Improve service huh... Learn to be smart to everyone. Hold training on services regularly, don't just pick people up to become employees/nurses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perawatnya agak kesel pas aku tanya berkali kali padahal aku nanyanya juga pelan pelan:") ke sini buat antigen dan gak masuk ke pedulilindungi. Alesannya sih eror. Hasilnya keluar ±10 menit setelah tes. Dapet hard copy aja. Murah emang sih.
The nurse was a bit annoyed when I asked many times even though I asked her slowly:") I came here for antigen and didn't go into caring for protection. The reason was an error. The results came out ±10 minutes after the test. Just got a hard copy. It's really cheap.
