★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan cepat, staff sangat ramah, dokter bagus ramah, walaupun bentuk bangunan nya lama , tapi pelayanan nya bagus melebihi rumah sakit menurut saya. sukses terus citra medika
fast service, very friendly staff, good doctor friendly, even though the shape of the building is old, but the service is good beyond the hospital in my opinion. continued success of Citra Medika

Saya n suami k klinik tujuan minta rujukan kacamata .. masuk kruangan periksa, dokternya sm sx tidak melihat ke pasien . Dy sibuk nulis2 d meja nya ..sambil nunduk dan sibuk nulis2 , dy nny "da keluhan apa" .."mau drujuk ke rs mana" ..
Sangat disayangkan dokter yg masih muda pny kelakuan spt itu ..pdhl dokter2 senior yg jauhhh bnyak pengalaman dari dy sangattt ramah ..tolong d ubah cara nya melayani ..saya n suami saya bekerja di RS jd kami tauuu betul bagaimana seharusnya sebagai tenaga kesehatan bersikap baik ke pasien atau customer . Sangat di sayangkan hanya krn 1 atau beberapa dokter yang spt itu, membuat tidak nyaman pasien datang kembali k klinik tsb ..

I am the husband of the clinic where I want to get a reference for glasses ... I went to check in, the doctor didn't see the patient. Dy is busy writing on the table ... while looking down and busy writing, dyny "what's the complaint" ... "want to refer to rs where" ..
It is unfortunate that the doctor who is still young like that ... senior doctors who have far more experience than others are very friendly ... please change the way they serve .. my husband works at the jd hospital we know how well as a health worker either to the patient or customer. It is very regrettable that just because 1 or a few doctors like that, make patients uncomfortable coming back to the clinic ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Citra Medika 2 cabang Narogong. 1 owner dengan yang di pekayon. Gambar yang menunjukkan tempat bergambar Alfamart adalah gambar yang salah. Klinik BUKAN berada di jalan raya narogong, tapi di Jl. Taman Narogong Raya No. 7 ga jauh dari RS HOSANA.
Klinik ini melayani BPJS untuk peserta dari Klinik Citra Medika Pekayon (maksimal 3x kunjungan).
Bawa kartu BPJS asli.
dr. Mamoto Gultom praktek di klinik ini hari Selasa & Kamis. Saya sekeluarga cocok dengan dr ini.
Citra Medika Clinic 2, Narogong branch. 1 owner with the one at pekayon. The image showing Alfamart's pictorial place is wrong. The clinic is NOT located on Jalan Raya Narogong, but on Jl. Narogong Raya Park No. 7 not far from HOSANA Hospital.
This clinic serves BPJS for participants from the Citra Medika Pekayon Clinic (maximum 3x visits).
Bring the original BPJS card.
dr. Mamoto Gultom practices at this clinic every Tuesday & Thursday. My family fits this dr.

maaf untuk mas @Faisal Nur Jabbar123 wajarlah mereka juga manusia, kalo mereka sakit semua siapa yang layanin kita , apalagi di RS lebih dari klinik ngantri berjam jam. kalo dokter nya lagi makan juga kan mau siapa yang meriksa ?

sorry for the mas @Faisal Nur Jabbar123 it's natural that they are also humans, if they are sick of all who serve us, especially at the hospital more than an hour-long clinic. if the doctor eats too, who wants to check?

Heloooo gimana ceritanya. Masa pasien nungguin staf makan dlu???
Tolong ya perbaiki sikap stafnya.
Kebangetan. Kalau memang jam makan atau jam istirahat memang harus makan bareng?? Gausah kerja kalo mau makan bareng!! Seharusnya jam makan siang staff ya di bagi 2 jangan semua makan. Trus pasien mau berobat gimana???
