★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maksain badan meriang panas dingin,cuma dikasih surat keterangan berobat.jadi saya harus ngambil cuti.perusahaan pasti mengira saya tidak sakit dan bohong. Ampun dah kecewa.
Untuk kali kedua antar anak berobat,antrian dilewatin kurang lebih 6 orang.nunggu 2 jam lebih wkwwkwk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antri bisa 2 jam tapi pas dicek dokternya cuman 2 menit. Dikasih obat alakadarnya. Pelayanan super duper jutek. Nanya baik2, dijawab ngegas. Mentang2 pakai bpjs kali ya. Aduh tutup ajalah
 Queuing can be 2 hours but when checked by the doctor it only takes 2 minutes. He was given some kind of medicine. Super duper jutek service. Asked nicely, answered loudly. Why don't you use bpjs. Oh shut up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dengan dokternya. Anak saya berobat dalam keluhan pup berdarah, diare dan demam. Pulang bawa obat hanya ibuprofe*, & ga dikasih antibiotik. Dan saya sakit hati krn perkataan dokternya. "Harusnya Bb anak 2 thn 10-12kg. Klo gamau makan paksa aja. Minum 1liter hari, dan minum vit". Saya sebagai ibu kecewa, anak saya Bb sulit naik ada sebab medisnya, lahir BBLR 1,8kg, jantung bocor, TB paru, liptie, trauma makan. Selama 2thn saya berjuang ngejar dok, gak cuma diam aja. Saya terapi minum susu tinggi kalori saran DSA krn Bb kecil dan makan yg susah, ko menurut anda anak saya stop susunya aja dgn alasan Bb ga naik. Maaf bu dok, anak saya naik cuma sedikit krn TB pru dan obat 9bln jg baru selesai bulan kemarin. Dokter aja ga baca perkembangan anak saya tiap bulan ko bisa bilang ga naik. Maaf ya, baru pertemuan pertama ko punya hasil. Ngejar Bb anak ga gampang bu dok, tolong hati hati klo bicara, apalagi anda bukan DSA. Mending rujuk aja klo sekiranya gak paham dan pasien butuh dokter yg ahlinya. Anak saya jelas faltering, stunting dan terapi Susu tinggi kalori, ko bu dok bilang gak bisa rujuk. Coba deh dok jgn buru2 kerjanya. Jgn cuma panggil pasien, tanya keluhan, kasih obat selesai. Anak saya pup berdarah pun anda kurang sigap. Ga cek lab gitu? Apakah tanggapan anda tentang curahan hati saya?
Disappointed with the doctor. My son was treated for bloody stools, diarrhea and fever. Go home with only Ibuprofe* medicine, & no antibiotics. And I'm hurt because of what the doctor said. "The weight of a 2 year old child should be 10-12 kg. If you don't want to eat, just force it. Drink 1 liter a day, and take vit". As a mother, I am disappointed, my child has difficulty gaining weight due to medical reasons, he was born with 1.8 kg LBW, a leaky heart, pulmonary TB, liptie, eating trauma. For 2 years I have struggled to catch up with the dock, not just standing still. I was treated to drinking high-calorie milk, suggested by DSA because I have a small weight and it's difficult to eat, why do you think my child should stop milking because his weight doesn't increase. Sorry, madam, doc, my son has only gone up a little because of Pru TB and 9 months of medicine just finished last month. The doctor doesn't read my child's progress every month, how can you say it's not going up. I'm sorry, it's just my first meeting with results. Chasing a child's BB isn't easy, doc, please be careful when you talk, especially if you're not a DSA. It's better to just refer if you don't understand and the patient needs a doctor who is an expert. My child is clearly faltering, stunting and on therapy. High-calorie milk, why did the doc say that he can't be referred. Try it, don't rush to work. Don't just call the patient, ask for complaints, give the finished medicine. Even my child is bloody poop, you are not alert. Didn't check the lab like that? What is your opinion on my outpouring of heart?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tanggal 13 april 2022 buat penjaga malam jam 20.00-22.00 pendaftaran tidak ada keramahan dan sopan santun termaksud dokter prempuan di pintu dokter umum 1 LUAR BIASA engga nanya kondisi pasien tapi udah bisa menebak penyakit, padahal yang dilayanin orang hamil muda, main asal tebak ! kalo bukan karna BPJS gue rasa tutup ini klinik di buat karyawan pekerja di guci.. kasian lah itu yang punya klinik bangun pake uang, tapi pelayananya kacau .. kecewa banget ?

If it wasn't for BPJS, I think this clinic is closed for employees working in jars.. it's a pity that the clinic has built it with money, but the service is chaotic.. really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk!!! Balik lagi berobat karna sudah 2 hari tidak ada efek apa2 tp malah dipersulit waktu daftar lagi, padahal 2hari yg lalu bisa daftar. Tolong manajemen nya di perbaiki klinik guci medika bukan pasien aja yg butuh kalian tp kalian juga butuh pasien ya! Udah banyak denger dari org tentang buruknya klinik ini dan sekarang baru ngerasain.
Very bad service!!! Back again for treatment because it's been 2 days without any effect but it's even more difficult when registering again, even though 2 days ago I was able to register. Please fix the management at the Guci Medika clinic, it's not just patients who need you, but you also need patients! I've heard a lot from people about how bad this clinic is and now I'm just feeling it.
