★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanannya
1. Saya kecelakaan 2 orang hanya dirawat 1 orang tetapi di charge 2 orang
2. Dokternya tidak ramah dan tidak bisa diajak berdiskusi
3. Melanggar hak pasien.. Saya punya stock obat di rumah tetapi masih harus beli obatnya dan tidak dirincikan biaya nya berapa.. pokoknya obatnya harus dibeli
Sangat tidak sesuai pelayanan dan harganya yang mahal
I am very disappointed with the service
1. I had an accident, 2 people were only treated by 1 person but 2 people were charged
2. The doctor is not friendly and cannot be discussed
3. Violating the patient's rights.. I have a stock of medicine at home but I still have to buy the medicine and it is not detailed how much it costs.. the main thing is that the medicine must be bought
It doesn't really match the service and the price is expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamu'alaikum pak dokter, khususnya pak Dr.akbar , terima kasih ya selama setahun ini slalu membantu perawatan ummi saya dgn penuh kesabaran & ketelitian, hampir 2 minggu sekali ummi di tangani Dr.akbar di klinik aulia ini, terakhir bawa ummi hr minggu kmrin tgl 27 februari 2022 & kluar dr aulia hr senin tgl 28 feb 2022 dlm keadaan kritis & di rujuk ke Rs.PMI bogor.
Qodarullah, innalillahi wa innailahi roji'un , tepat pada tgl 29 feb 2022 kemarin pkl 00.50 wib ummi kembali ke rahmatullah di ruang ICU.
Dgn segala hormat kami sbg anak dr ummi HJ.SITI AISYAH ingin mengucapkan banyak2 terima kasih kpd semua team kesehatan klinik aulia, khususnya Dr.akbar , semoga allah membalas jasa kalian dgn syurganya allah subhanahu wa ta'ala .. aamiin.

Assalamu'alaikum Mr. doctor, especially Mr. Dr. Akbar, thank you for this year for always helping my mother's care with patience & thoroughness, almost every 2 weeks Ummi is handled by Dr. Akbar at this Aulia clinic, the last time I brought my mother this Sunday 27 February 2022 & discharged from Aulia on Monday 28 February 2022 in critical condition & referred to Rs. PMI Bogor.
Qodarullah, innalillahi wa innailahi roji'un, right on February 29, 2022 yesterday at 00.50 wib ummi returned to rahmatullah in the ICU room.
With all due respect, we as children of Dr. ummi HJ. SITI AISYAH would like to say a big thank you to all the health team at the Aulia clinic, especially Dr. Akbar, may Allah reward your services with heaven, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.. amen.
Please also pray for ummi, doctor, thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di sini check lab sama dokter dan obat yang lengkap jauh lebih murah ya dari klinik lain. Kaget ih biasa ke dokter 24 jam tanpa lab kena flu aja bisa kena 200rb lebih. Ini 140rb uda sama lab obat plus vitamin. Cengo aku.
Here, check the lab with a doctor and complete medicines, much cheaper than other clinics. I'm surprised that I usually go to the doctor 24 hours without a lab, I just get the flu, I can get more than 200 thousand. This is 140 thousand with the drug lab plus vitamins. Cingo me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressed, kesan pertama waktu ke sini ampe bingung ini klinik 24 jam atau lembaga sosial sih ??. Antrian panjang di weekend, ternyata dokternya emang ramah dan teliti. Kalau dekat rumah dan terima BPJS boleh nih pindah faskes ke sini.
Impressed, the first impression when I came here was that I was confused whether this is a 24-hour clinic or a social institution ??. Long queues on weekends, apparently the doctor is really friendly and thorough. If you are near your house and receive BPJS, you can move the health facility here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat saya klinik ini highly recomended. Saya sangat puas dan berkali-kali merasa beruntung nemu klinik ini. Pertama harganya terjangkau dan yang spesial itu karena dokternya mau menerima pendapat pasien. Keluhan kita benar-benar didengarkan dan efektif. Saya pernah dirawat krn tipes, dokternya tdk hanya berusaha mengobati tp terus menerus mengedukasi agar tdk kambuh. Saat kena astma langsung ditanganinya juga. Kena Gerd jam 2 subuh yang sudah muntah2 di jln tertolong banget oleh dokternya yang grecep. Bawa orang kecelakaan aku yang lihat sendiri gimana dokternya mengeluarkan serpih demi serpih kerikil di kaki pasien. Love this klinik sampai semua kenalanku aku bawa berobat ke sini, of course ga semua bisa ditangani di sini tapi rujukan-rujukannya juga mantabs jarang salah diagnosa. Mksh ya...
For me this clinic is highly recommended. I am very satisfied and many times feel lucky to find this clinic. First, the price is affordable and the special thing is because the doctor is willing to accept the patient's opinion. Our complaints are truly heard and effective. I've been treated for typhus, the doctor doesn't just try to treat it, but keeps on educating it so it doesn't relapse. When he got asthma, he immediately handled it. Got Gerd at 2 in the morning who was vomiting on the street was really helped by the doctor who was very fast. Take my accident person to see for himself how the doctor removes flakes of gravel from the patient's feet. Love this clinic, until I bring all my acquaintances here for treatment, of course not everything can be handled here, but the referrals are also good, rarely misdiagnosed. thx yes...
