★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cukup baik untuk poli umum anggota BPJS. Sedangkan untuk poli lain saya belum mencoba. Hanya saja ketika jam penuh seperti pagi dan mulai pukul 13.00 benar-benar ramai, bisa antri sebanyak 15 orang. Terlebih ketika pandemi dan kasus naik seperti sekarang, banyak yang tes antigen dan PCR. Menurut saya jam sepi mulai dari sore sekitar pukul 4 hingga malam. Sikap dokter berbeda beda, ada yang baik ada yang ketus. Malah ada yang gak kasih saya obat sama sekali, langsung periksa ke RS aja katanya padahal saya radang batuk pilek, terus minta obat buat ngeredain radangnya, disuruh beli obat di apotek aja hahah
The service is quite good for the general poly BPJS members. As for the other poly I have not tried. It's just that when it's full hours like morning and starting at 13.00 it's really crowded, there can be a queue of 15 people. Especially when the pandemic and cases rise like now, many are tested for antigen and PCR. I think the quiet hours start from the afternoon around 4 until the evening. The attitude of doctors is different, some are good, some are curt. In fact, some people didn't give me medicine at all, they immediately went to the hospital and said that even though I had a cold and cough, they kept asking for medicine to relieve the inflammation, I was told to buy medicine at the pharmacy haha
