★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik dan ramah , sebaiknya perawatnya di tambah lagi karna yg berobat semakin byk,kadang suka lama nunggu obat karna perawatnya saya perhatikan keteteran hrs ngurus resep dan pasien rawatan ,sudah langganan sama klinik ini sering berobat dan dirawat juga jdi lebih merhatiin ,satu kurangnya kalau berobat malem dokter nya suka lama ntah itu dokternya tidur apa kmna. Dan harusnya diadakan petugas keamanan kadang yang nunggu pasien rame bgt. Selebihnya baik dan selalu sukses untuk klinik Aulia
 The service is good and friendly, it is better if the nurses are added more because those who seek treatment are getting more and more, sometimes I like to wait a long time for medicine because I pay attention to the nurses who have to take care of prescriptions and patient care, I have subscribed to this clinic often getting treatment and being cared for also being more attentive, one lack that the doctor likes it for a long time, no matter what the doctor sleeps. And there should be security officers sometimes waiting for the patient to get really busy. The rest is good and always successful for Aulia clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayan sangat buruk , staffnya sangat tidak ramah , pasien rawat inap dibuat nunggu lama untuk penggantian infus dan harus di panggil berkali kali baru dateng,
Dan yang lebih parahnya lagi pasien disuruh pulang dengan paksa tengah malem, bayangin jam 12mlm pasien dsuruh pulang dengan alasan ada pasien lain yang mau masuk, padahal saya sudah bilang kalo org tua saya akan pulang esok pagi, apa gaketerlaluan pelayanannnya!!!! padahal saya juga bayar!!
Harus dievalusi klinik ini !!! Saya sangat kecewaa!!!

And to make matters worse, the patient was forced to go home in the middle of the night, imagine that at 12ml, the patient was sent home on the grounds that there were other patients who wanted to come in, even though I had already said that my parents will come home tomorrow morning, is not the service going too far !!!! even though I also paid !!
This clinic must be evaluated !!! I am very disappointed !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dokter ko Lama banget istirahatnya ada kali 1 jam lebiih gada diruangan ga tau deh itu dokter siapa, jadwal pas hari minggu! Padahal pasien banyak, Dan pasien sampai padaa bubar cuma grgr nunggu dokter Lama! Tidak professional sekali! saya pun sampai pulaaang nunggu dokter hampir 1 jam lebih , kecuali dokternya belom dateng Dan ada kendala telat datang itu bisa di maklumin! Nah ini dokter ada istirahat LAMA PASIEN BANYAK! Bagaiman kalo ada pasien Yang sakit parah!! Tolong ditingkatkan kembali!!!
Doctor, how long does it take to rest, there are times 1 hour or more in the room, I don't know who the doctor is, the schedule is on Sundays! Even though there are a lot of patients, and the patients until they disband are just waiting for the doctor for a long time! Not very professional! I arrived at the island waiting for the doctor for almost 1 hour, unless the doctor had not arrived. And there was an obstacle being late, it could be informed! Well this doctor has a LONG PATIENT rest! What if a patient is seriously ill !! Please upgrade again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat sangat sangat buruk. Saya baru menemukan pelayanan seburuk ini. Kakek saya tidak sadarkan diri sedari sampai disini. Sudah dirawat satu hari dan masih tidak sadarkan diri. Oksigen habis dari pihak klinik tidak ada tindakan apapun. Keluarga akhirnya mencari sendiri. Pelayanan rawat inap tidak menyediakan apapun. Makan ataupun pelayanan. Tidak ada tempat untuk bertanya sehingga pihak farmasi saja yang terlihat, akhirnya sering kami bertanya. Pagi2 infusan dilepas. Pihak keluarga masih mencari oksigen. Pihak klinik tetap tidak ada tindakan. Tiba tiba surat rujukan tiba. Dengan cara DITITIP PADA SEPUPU SAYA. tidak ada penjelasan kenapa di rujuk. Tidak ada yang bisa ditanya. Sampai rumah sakit tujuan pun di serahkan kepada keluarga. Kenapa menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap jika hanya menyewakan bed? Kenapa menyanggupi jika ternyata tidak ada tenaga kerja yang disediakan untuk melayani? Buruk sekali. SANGAT AMAT BURUK!
Very very very bad service. I just found service this bad. My grandfather was unconscious from here on out. Been treated for one day and still unconscious. Oxygen runs out from the clinic without any action. The family finally looked for themselves. The inpatient services do not provide anything. Eating or service. There was no place to ask questions so the pharmacy could be seen, we often ended up asking questions. In the morning the infusion is removed. The family is still looking for oxygen. The clinic still takes no action. Suddenly a referral letter arrived. By way of STITCHED AT MY WILL. there is no explanation why it was referred to. There's nothing to ask. Until the destination hospital was handed over to the family. Why provide inpatient services if you only rent out the bed? Why agree if there is no manpower available to serve? Very bad. VERY VERY BAD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 13 Juni saya berobat di klinik ini. Baru pertama kali berobat disini, dokternya ramah tapi karyawannya tidak! Maaf untuk mba yg badannya besar tinggi sangat tidak ramah sekali. Saya hanya nanya apakah ada obat dengan merk lain dia dengan entengnya menjawab "kalau gak mau gak usah diambil". Padahal saya nanya baik-baik mba. Tolong untuk pimpinannya, perhatikan lagi karyawannya khusus untuk mba tsb. Saya berobat kesini karna rekomendasi dari tetangga katanya bagus tapi ternyata tidak!!!
On June 13, I went to this clinic for treatment. This is my first time for treatment here, the doctor is friendly but the employees are not! Sorry for the big and tall mba who is not very friendly. I just asked if there was another brand of medicine, he simply replied "if you don't want it, don't take it". Even though I asked nicely, Ms. Please for the leadership, pay attention to the employees, especially for the mba. I went for treatment here because the recommendation from a neighbor said it was good but it wasn't!!!
