★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini Sy periksa,datang setelah sholat maghrib, dokter istirahat sampai 19.30 sy datang lg jam 19. 35 katanya dokter istirahat dan harus nunggu setengah jam lagi. Karena dokternya masih istirahat akhirnya sy cancel periksa di klinik tsb. Mhn dibantu perbaikan pelayanannya. Tks
 Today I checked, came after Maghrib prayer, the doctor rested until 19.30 I came again at 19. 35 he said the doctor was resting and had to wait another half hour. Because the doctor was still at rest, I finally canceled the check at the clinic. Mhn is assisted in improving its services. Tks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabtu ba'da maghrib Pulang dari RSIA *** tidak jadi berobat disana karena sayanya telat dokter anaknya keburu selesai praktek, adanya dokter umum. Daripada dokter umum+obat di RS mahal, mendingan saya ke klinik ini saja sekalian arah pulang. Alhamdulillah dokter+susternya ramah. Krn anak saya demam tinggi, dikasih obat yg dari anus. dokter+tindakan+obat total hanya 90rb
Saturday ba'da maghrib Returning from RSIA *** did not go there for treatment because I was late because his son's doctor was finished practicing, there was a general practitioner. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli obat disini ternyata lebih mahal harganya dibandingkan apotek lain. Di apotek lain obat yang saya beli harganya Rp 30.000 sedangkan disini harganya Rp 45.000. Jadi berpikir berkali-kali untuk beli obat disini padahal lebih dekat dari rumah. Terima kasih
Buying drugs here is actually more expensive than other pharmacies. At another pharmacy, the medicine that I bought costs Rp.30,000 while here the price is Rp.45,000. So think many times to buy medicine here even though it is closer to home. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang jam 2 siang,katanya bpjs offline oke, bayar pribadi aja, tidak ada antrian tp nunggu di panggil 30 menit, lalu di periksa "sy alergi ebi sudah berobat di dokter 24 jam obatnya kaya ini (sambil nunjukin)" dokternya bilang obatnya di sini lagi ga ada itu obat dr dokter 24jam di lanjutin aja, sy keluar ruang dokter bayar ke kasir #ga dikasih bon#, #ga dapat resep#, berarti dtg cuma buat nunggu 30 menit dan dpt anjuran lanjutkan obat dr dokter 24jam, sungguh sungguh buang waktu, fix ganti faskes, klinik amanah g akan maju kalo sistem nya dan yg kerja ga di rubah,
Akhirnya berobat di sentra medika sembuh dpt obat dan salep, klinik amanah tapi tidak amanah
Came at 2 pm, he said offline bpjs okay, just pay personally, no queue but waiting to be called 30 minutes, then checked "I'm allergic to ebi, I've been treated at the doctor 24 hours, the medicine is like this (while showing)" the doctor said the medicine is here again, there is no medicine from the doctor 24 hours, just continue, I left the doctor's room and paid to the cashier #no receipt #, #didn't get a prescription#, meaning I just came to wait 30 minutes and got advice to continue medicine from the doctor 24 hours, really a waste time, fix changing health facilities, trustworthy clinics will not progress if the system and those who work are not changed,
Finally getting treatment at the medical center recovered, got medicine and ointment, the clinic is trustworthy but not trustworthy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal2 saya pindah faskes ini faskes bagus pelayananny...obatnya cocok sama anak saya ..dan dokterny selalu ontime...tp udh beberapa bulan saya liat ko makin jelek y pelayananny?dokternya datang g tepat waktu...saya kemarin sampe bolak balik k klinik ini?yg prtma dokterny belum datang dsuruh online aja konsulnya...ok saya ikutin Konsul lwt online Alhamdulillah penyakitnya g bgtu parah...kata dokter datang aja k klinik yg saya jelaskan keluhan yg saya alami...nah saya datangny sore jam5 kurang tp dtolak lagi sama petugasny yg katanya utk pasien BPJS hanya sampe jam4?dsuruh datang lagi hari ini jam 2 tp saya udh males krna tw jadwal hari ini dokterny online...saya sbnrny males bgt buat bolak balik k klinik krna lagi Corona gini?mohon dong kyk dulu lagi pelayananny...kalo memang g bisa diperbaiki LBH baik tutup aja klinikny
At first I moved this health facility, the service was good...the medicine was suitable for my child..and the doctor was always ontime...but for a few months I've seen how bad the service is?the doctor didn't come on time...I went back and forth yesterday At this clinic, the first one, the doctor hasn't come yet, just told the consul to go online... OK, I'll follow the Consul online. Thank God the disease isn't that bad... the doctor said just come to the clinic where I explained the complaints I was experiencing... so I came in the afternoon 5 o'clock was not enough but the officer refused again who said it was only for BPJS patients until 4 o'clock ? I was told to come again today at 2 but I'm already lazy because today's schedule is online the doctor... I'm really lazy to go back and forth to the clinic because of Corona again Please, look at the service first... if it can't be repaired, the LBH is good, just close the clinic klinik
