★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lab nya bagus, bersih. Cuma disini layanan sameday nya dibawah jam 12 siang ya. Yang test juga ramah.
The lab is good, clean. Only here the same day service is below 12 noon. The test one is also friendly.

Pulang lebih aneh lagi, awal parkir gak ada orang. Tiba-tiba muncul orang tak diundang.
The registration system is strange, even though the data is just the same.

Going home is even weirder, at the beginning of the parking lot there were no people. Suddenly an uninvited person appears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempatnya bersih, nyaman, dan agak sepi jg jd pelayanan cepat, udah beberapa kali tes di sini, hasilnya dikirim via WhatsApp sekitar 30menitan, tp pas dicolok antigennya rada sakit euy, hahaha ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah pesan pakai halodoc, tapi administrasinya masih ribet. Beda dengan pengalaman di klinik lain yg setelah pakai halodoc, tinggal konfirmasi ktp, lalu selesai. Sudah usi formulir digital lengkap juga di sana, tapi mesti isi formulir cetak juga. Jadi triple, halodok + data digital + data kertas.
Sistem antri juga membingungkan karena mesti ke loket, tapi gak ada petunjuknya, salah-salah bisa duduk nunggu tanpa nomor antrean.
Yang paling gawat gak ada cek suhu sebelum masuk.
Positifnya tempatnya nyaman dan stafnya ramah. Ada tempat cuci tangan dan hand sanitizer. Kursi berjarak.
Update, data antigen gak kuncung update di peduli lindungi setelah 4 hari.
Already ordered using Halodoc, but the administration is still complicated. It's different from the experience at other clinics where after using Halodoc, all you have to do is confirm your ID card, then you're done. The complete digital form is also there, but you have to fill in the printed form as well. So triple, halodok + digital data + paper data.
The queuing system is also confusing because you have to go to the counter, but there are no instructions, you can sit and wait without a queue number.
The worst thing is that there is no temperature check before entering.
The positives are the place is comfortable and the staff is friendly. There is a hand washing area and hand sanitizer. Seats apart.
Update, the antigen data doesn't lock, it doesn't matter if it's protected after 4 days.
