★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keperluan saya datang hanya untuk cek up biasa dan mendapatkan surat keterangan sehat tapi customer servicenya ribet nanya untuk keperluan apa. Saya sdh jelaskan untuk salah satu syarat dari perhimpunan tempat saya bernaung untuk mendapatkan surat rekomendasi perpanjangan izin praktek tapi dia mau saya jawab spesifik untuk apa, ribet kan. Alasan terakhir, katanya dokter yg praktek di sini dokter pengganti jadi SIP belum jadi sedang dlm proses.
Akhirnya saya pergi ke klinik lain, dan mudah saja saya mendaftar tanpa ribet ditanya untuk keperluan apa Surat keterangan sehatnya.
I only came for a regular check-up and got a health certificate but the customer service was difficult to ask for what. I have explained to one of the conditions of the association where I take shelter to get a letter of recommendation for a license extension, but he wants me to answer specifically for what, complicated right. The last reason, he said, doctors who practice here as a substitute doctor so SIP is not yet being processed.
Finally I went to another clinic, and it was easy for me to register without the hassle of being asked what my health certificate was for.
