★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misua cocok berobat disini dengan dokter puji...dokternya ramah...klinik ini berada dipinggir jalan...ada area parkir mobil...tempatnya ramai pasien...setiap saya kesana selalu ada pasien yang berobat...klinik ini buka 24 jam...jd gak khawatir klo ada apa"langsung kunjungin ini klinik...terakhir misua berobat dengan biaya kurang lebih 150 ribu...tempatnya ada didaerah cikaret...depan idolmart....
Misua is suitable for treatment here with a doctor praising ... the doctor is friendly ... the clinic is on the side of the road ... there is a car parking area ... the place is crowded with patients ... every time I go there is always a patient taking treatment ... this clinic is open 24 hours ... so don't worry about what's going on "just go to this clinic ... last night you get treatment at a cost of around 150 thousand ... the place is in the cikaret area ... in front of idolmart ....

tapi sayang banget waktu minggu kemaren saya nemenin suami periksa ada kejadian yg agak bikin saya sm suami kaget dan kecewa banget sih
Pertama saya pas nunggu diruang tunggu, didalem ruang dokter lg ada pasien berobat dan tbtb mas2 perawat/resepsionis masuk selonongan ke dalem, saya agak kaget sm suami saling tatap2an dong. Lah ko gitu sih, dalem hati saya
Terus waktu giliran saya sm suami didalem ruang dokter nya, posisi suami lg diperiksa dan suami saya itu lagi ada keluhan di bagian sekitar pangkal paha (maaf) deket area selangkgn, jadi mau ga mau pas diperiksa ya agak terbuka. Dannn waktu lagi diperiksa tbtb mba2 perawat/bagian resepsionisnya tuh selonongan masuk juga dong!
Lah saya sm suami jelas kaget lah, ini orang ko ga ada etika atau sopan santun banget sih, trus yg periksa suami saya pun pas bukan dr. Puji tp yg pake jilbab dan saya heran ko ga ditegor apa gmn gitu si wkwk aneh banget sih
Saya bilang gini karna orangtua saya itu orang kesehatan semua di Jateng, mamah saya kebetulan pun bidan dan buka praktek dirumah. Seumur2 saya aja ga pernah tuh yg namanya selonongan masuk ke ruang praktek mamah saya walaupun posisinya mamah saya cuma lg konseling/ngobrol sm pasien! Karena saya diajarin etika dan sopan santun kalo lagi ada pasien ya tunggu sampe selesai dulu! Kalo pun mau masuk ya ketok dulu tanya dulu boleh masuk engga, bukannya selonongan!!
Saya minta tolonggggg banget buat owner klinik ataupun dokternya ini diajarin etika sedikit yaaa, menurut saya ga pantes banget selonongan kaya gitu asli deh saya jujur ga suka banget sm etika kaya gitu dan ga nyaman banget rasanya loh, bikin saya jadi agak mikir2 juga jadinya mau kontrol akhirnya.
Semoga bisa jauh lebih baik dan ditingkatkan lagi buat pelayanan nya banyakin senyum dan lebih ramah ke pasien2 buat pegawai2nya.

but it's a shame last week I accompanied my husband to check there was an incident that made me and my husband a bit shocked and really disappointed
First, when I was waiting in the waiting room, there was another patient in the doctor's room for treatment and tbtb the nurses/receptionists entered the room, I was a little surprised that my husband looked at each other. That's how it is, in my heart
Then when it was my turn with my husband in the doctor's room, my husband's position was checked again and my husband was still having complaints around the groin (sorry) near the groin area, so I didn't want to be checked, it was a bit open. And when I was checked, tbtb, the nurses/receptionists, please come in too, please!
Well, my husband and I were clearly shocked, why don't these people have any ethics or manners at all, then the one who checked my husband wasn't even dr. Praise the one who wears the hijab and I wonder how come you weren't reprimanded like that, wow, that's really weird
I say this because my parents are all health professionals in Central Java. My mother also happens to be a midwife and opens a practice at home. In all my life, there has never been a person called selonongan into my mom's practice room, even though my mom's position is just counseling/talking with patients! Because I was taught etiquette and manners, if you have a patient, wait until it's finished first! Even if you want to enter, you have to knock first and ask if you can enter or not, not for help!!
I really ask for help, for the clinic owner or doctor to be taught a little etiquette, I don't think it's really appropriate for a job like that, to be honest, I honestly don't really like ethics like that and it doesn't feel very comfortable, it makes me think a bit too, so I want to control finally.
Hopefully it can be much better and further improved for the service to smile more and be more friendly to the patients for the employees.
