★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget tadi siang saya ngurusin surat keterangan buat pindah ktp Dr depok ke bogor
tp pelayanan nya kurang baik
petugas nya tidak menunjukkan petunjuk arah dengan benar, seharusnya saya ditunjukin ke kantor kecamatan setelah kantor kelurahan tp petugasa nya malah suruh saya langsung ke kantor walikota (dinas pendidikan)
pd saat saya sampe di kantor walikota saya diarah kan ke kantor kecamatan terlebih dahulu bener2 bikin saya kesell karna harus balik lagi kesana (radar auri) gk jauh dr kantor kelurahan td. dengan jarak tempuh yg lumayan jauh ditambah panas terik nya matahari kota depok yg gersang saya buru2 takut kantor walikota nya tutup jam 3
bener2 yah gk mikir org jauh2 dtg dr pagi dr bogor naek kreta
panas2 an
malah dikasih tw petunjuk yg salah
gk kira2 kalo mw ngerjain org
udh ngabisin ongkos bolak balik dua kali, ngabisin waktu jg
Tolong yah mohon bgt
pelayanan nya lebih di tingkat kan lagi
org juga punya kesibukan masing2
