Pelayanan profesional, humanis, dan solutif dari Ibu Repina S dan Pak Dede. Pengurusan dokumen kependudukan dilayani dengan baik dengan aplikasi Alpukat Betawi, cukup cepat dan yang paling penting tanpa pungli (tidak meminta maupun menerima). Terima kasih Ibu Lurah Mesra R & tim, semoga selalu dilancarkan dalam melayani warga ?
Professional service, free of charge. Please maintain the use of a number queue system like in a bank because it makes the residents served feel equal to each other. Come first, serve first.

Professional, humanist, and solution-based services from Mrs. Repina S and Mr. Dede. Residential document management is well served with the Betawi Avocado application, quite fast and most importantly without extortion (neither asking nor receiving). Thank you Ms. Lurah Mesra R & team, hopefully it will always be launched in serving the residents ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat kurang baik,tepat hari senin tgl 26 januari 2021 jam 11.02 wib.petugas pelayanan ptsp yg ibu2 petugas nya,karena gak ada nametag jadi tdk tahu namanya.cara ber bicaranya agak kencang nadanya seakan2 adik dan bapak saya tidak mengerti untuk pengurusan blm menikah dan bekerja,karena untuk beasiswa dari pihak instansi bapak saya harus menyertakan bukti bahwa adik saya blm pernah menikah dan bekerja.dan lebih kesalnya lagi itu surat blm pernah bekerja dan menikah harus ada ttd kecamatan,sdngkan tahun lalu tidak sampe kecamatan.
Dan hari ini tgl 26 januari 2021 jam 13 lewat kembali lagi ke kelurahan cipayung,distu ktmu petugas ibu2 tapi berbeda cara penyampaiannya.ibu yg ini lebih paham dan lebih lembut cara berbicaranya,dan penjelsan ibu ini sangat beda jauh dngn ibu yg dinas hari senin tgl 25.dan ibu yg hari ini menjelaskan kalo surat belom bekerja dan menikah bisa sampe kelurahan saja tidak usah sampe kecamatan.
Tolong pihak instansi setempat,agar bekerja melayani dengan hati dan senyum,jangan lupa nama pengenal jga harus ada terutama ibu2 yg dinas di hari senin.

The way to speak was a bit loud, the tone seemed as if my brother and father did not understand the management of not yet married and working, because for a scholarship from the agency, my father must include proof that my brother has never been married and worked. And even more annoying is that the letter that has never worked and got married must have a subdistrict signature, while last year it did not reach the sub-district.
And today, January 26, 2021, 13 o'clock back again to Cipayung sub-district, you need the officers, but they are different in the way they are delivered. This mother understands more and is more gentle in her speech, and this mother's explanation is very different from the mother who was on Monday, 25. And the mother who today explained that if the letter is not yet working and married, you can go to the kelurahan, not to the sub-district.
Please local agencies, to work to serve with a heart and a smile, don't forget your identification name, you have to, especially women who work on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan yang kurang baik, nomor telpon tidak ada yang bisa dihubungi, jam waktu kerja sungguh tidak relevan. sudah 2021 tidak ada website resmi mengenai informasi kelurahan. sangat susah untuk mendapatkan pelayanan melalui online .
poor service, no phone number to call, working hours really irrelevant. Already in 2021 there is no official website regarding village information. very difficult to get service through online.
