★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dateng pas jam istirahat. Di suruh balik lgi Jam 13.30.. Setelah balik lagi slesai jam istirahat. Di suruh tunggu sampai selesai Makan. ?? Dari Jam 12:00 sampai jam 14:00. Makan apaan ya kgk slesai selesai tuh staf. Lamaaaaaa banget. Ngk Jelas nih staff istirahat nya seenaknya ajj.
Come during recess. Was sent back again at 13.30 .. After returning again after recess. Asked to wait until finished eating. ?? From 12:00 hours to 14:00 hours. What do you eat when it's finished, staff. It's been soooooo long. Ngk. Obviously, the staff rest arbitrarily.

Saya pindahan dari Cileungsi, Bogor. Pengurusan berkas sebelumnya di Bogor sangat berbelit, dari RT, RW, Kelurahan, Kecamatan sampe Kantor Pelayanan Pusat sangat menguras waktu, tenaga dan ujung-ujungnya harus pakai Calo. Hanya sekedar membenarkan KTP-El saja luar biasa harus sabar dan bolak-balik Kantor Kecamatan, disarankan kalo mau cepat langsung Ke Disdukcapil Kabupaten dan itupun tidak langsung dilayani loh harus titip berkas dll pokoknya semerawut , payah ?
Begitu saya cabut berkas dari Kabupaten Bogor pindah ke DKI Jakarta, dari mulai pengurusan berkas hanya di Kantor Kelurahan Munjul saja, tidak di oper sana sini, prosesnya cepat sampai saya heran pelayanannya segesit ini ???
Fyi, pecah KK sekaligus pencetakan hanya 2 hari, cetak KTP-El hanya 3 menit ?

I moved from Cileungsi, Bogor. The previous file management in Bogor was very complicated, from RT, RW, Kelurahan, Subdistrict to the Central Service Office, it was very time-consuming, energy-consuming and in the end had to use brokers. Just just confirming the E-KTP is extraordinary, you have to be patient and go back and forth to the District Office, it is recommended if you want to go directly to the Regency Disdukcapil and even then it is not served immediately, you have to leave files, etc., it's just messy, it sucks
As soon as I removed the file from Bogor Regency, I moved to DKI Jakarta, starting from managing the file only at the Munjul Urban Village Office, not passing it here and there, the process was fast so I was surprised that the service was this fast ???
Fyi, breaking KK and printing only 2 days, printing ID-El only in 3 minutes ?
