★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gilaaaaa, parah banget urus e-KTP di sini, orang2nya gak becus kerjanya, gak ada uang pelicin, gak bakal diurusin, saya minta resi e-KTP aja harus nunggu lebih dari seminggu, semoga anda2 semua segera sadar ya, kalian itu digaji negara dari pajak rakyat!!!
Crazy, really, seriously take care of e-KTP here, the people don't work, there is no facilitation money, it won't be taken care of, I ask for an e-KTP receipt, I just have to wait more than a week, I hope you all realize soon, you guys are paid by the state from people's tax !!!

Mobil parkir liar di sekitar kelurahan bukannya di tertibkan malah dibiarkan saja, anda ASN tapi tidak memberikan contoh yg baik...
Perlu di reformasi semua SDMnya!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik, ramah, dan mudah. Saya datang untuk mengurus surat pengantar nikah di sini. Persyaratan yang dibutuhkan adalah surat pengantar RT&RW, surat pernyataan (dari RT&RW), KTP KK & akte lahir kedua calon pengantin, dan KTP orang tua.
Saya menunggu kira-kira hanya 30 menit dan sudah mendapatkan N1, N2, N3, dan N4. Setelah itu saya diarahkan untuk langsung ke KUA Cimanggis.
Good, friendly, and easy service. I have come to arrange a marriage cover letter here. Requirements needed are a cover letter for RT&RW, a statement letter (from RT&RW), KTP KK & birth certificates for the bride and groom, and KTP for the parents.
I waited for about 30 minutes and got N1, N2, N3, and N4. After that I was directed to go directly to the KUA Cimanggis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau mengenai pelayanan cukup banyak komentar negatif, saya ingin mengomentari mengenai kondisi fisik dan lingkungan sekitar kantor kelurahan ini.
Dari sisi akses, lokasi kantor kelurahan ini cukup strategis dan potensial. Akses jalan mudah, dekat pertigaan, ada ojek sebagai fasilitas publik.
Parkir mobil dan motor juga lumayan luas. Untuk logistik di sekitar kantor kelurahan ini banyak warung kuliner yang lumayan menarik untuk dicoba.
Hanya saja karena jalan yang ramai, udaranya terasa agak berdebu. Untuk mengantisipasi atau meredam kondisi ini sebaiknya halaman kantor kelurahan ini dibuat lebih hijau.

In terms of access, the location of this village office is strategic and potential. Easy road access, near the T-junction, there are ojek as a public facility.
Parking for cars and motorbikes is also quite extensive. For logistics, there are many culinary stalls around the village office that are quite interesting to try.
It's just that because of the busy road, the air feels a bit dusty. To anticipate or reduce this condition, it is better if the village office yard is made greener.
