★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The REAL opening hour is never on time, and the guests have to wait outside the gate. The Indonesian officers are not friendly. The visa fee is not up-to-date. They could do much better since it's a service area.

The receiving clerk(s) could use more training on client courtesy as well, especially in providing correct and well-formed information, as well as in treating applicants / clients with proper respect.
In addition, a shade or canopy with chairs should preferably be provided at the courtyard for waiting clients, especially during peak application periods.
