★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is one of my favorite place for years. It has a comfortable and cozy library in it. Not to mentioned all the cultural events such art exhibition, music performance, movie screening and if you're lucky it offers good drinks too. It is really easy to find, not far from the intersection. you could take walk. It is easily accessible since many public transportation are passing through Kuningan main streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you need help or when you are in emergency do NOT count on the Dutch Embassy.
After staying in a quarantine hotel on my arrival in Indonesia I got tested positive for COVID and was required to stay 10 days in an isolation Hotel I could not choose myself. In the first three days I had to ask multiple times for water and the food they served barely met 1200 calories a day. You had to get angry and ask multiple times in order to get your necessities. Besides that no toilet paper or clean towels until you asked multiple times.
Just so you know, on arrival they do net let you buy a local simcard neither you will be able to get the local currency..
You'd have expected better of a hotel that charges you 800 EUR for 10 days, but what I am most disappointing is the help of the Dutch Embassy.. NO HELP.
I contacted to the Dutch Embassy by e-mail and Facebook, but NO response. Yes, I got a response on Facebook 5 days later (without an apologise), but by then I did not need them anymore.
Jammer dit, had beter verwacht maar blijkbaar komen onze hardwerkende diplomaten hier ook maar om lekker te 'chillen' en van het mooie weer te genieten :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody can even answer simple question. No hospitality in answering phone. So not professional, Like no willing for working. Suggest to provide training to the phone staff, or evaluate your hiring process, or work environment ?
Even Indomaret or Alfamart staff has much better work attitude than this embassy staff. So shame.
