★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan tempatnya nyaman agak luas dan adem AC nya sehingga bisa ter tidur pules saking lamanya tunggu dari pagi jam 09.30 sampai jam 12.30 alias 3 jam baru dipanggil mau bikin ATM
Sy fikir service excellent itu sudah merata di setiap bank tapi BRI ga pakai sepertinya
Tolong manajemen dan sistem agar di efektifkan sehingga nasabah bisa cepat tepat penuh manfaat berurusan dgn BRI
Sudah itu saja pengalaman nya
Apalgi yg di cabang jatibening sebelah BCA sempit sesak luaamaaaa
Not bad, the place is comfortable, rather spacious and the air conditioner is cool so you can sleep soundly because of the long wait from morning at 09.30 to 12.30 aka 3 hours just called to make an ATM
I think that excellent service is evenly distributed in every bank but BRI doesn't seem to use it
Please management and systems to be effective so that customers can quickly and correctly, full of benefits for dealing with BRI
That's all the experience
What's more, the one at the Jatibening branch next to BCA is cramped and tight

Padahal cuma 6 antrian.
SUPER SLOW SERVICE
Queuing for C.S, you have to wait for hours..
Even though there are only 6 queues.
