★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The queue numbers stated on the monitor are not sync with the one on the counter (queue number on the counters are not reflected). Also the numbers are not in order. From 558 jumped to 707 (my number was 560)
During the busy period, 1 CS closed for quite sometime.
CIMB Niaga, I've never been this disappointed.
Been here for almost 90mins, no notification from the CS yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday, 4 Jan 2019, I have been waiting to be called up by the number I took from aprox. 13:45, and it's been well over an hour without any sign of readiness of service. It's a small branch, and I hope that would translate into faster service renders.
Another point is that I cannot believe people here have numbering system with screen displays but still have to call out by voice.
It is just a surprising phenomenon seeing that in CIMB's home country it isn't like this (more advanced).
