Pelayanan sangat lambat mo bkin rekening baru aja lama bgt pdhal dtg jam 10 selesai jam 2siang Dr awal dtg di sambut security yg malah bilang ini msh lama antri bisa 2 jam pdhal di dlm juga ga bgitu rame&penuh kyk bank bank besar lain tp di bilang nya ini lama yakin mo nunggu? Kayak ngelarang kita gtu buat tetep nunggu dan batalin aja. Dan gak kita doang yg di gituin rata" Yang dtg setelah kita juga kyk dibkin omongan biar ga jdi. Udah gtu masa anehnya baru kali ini nemuin bank yang mo bkin rekening aja pake ordal jdi yg udh akrab/kenal sm security nya kawannya yg mo bkin ATM di permudah langsung masuk aja gtu ke dalam sedangkan sy udh nunggu berjam- jam di luar panas"an gak di suruh masuk nunggu di dalem. Sekali nya sy minta masuk ke dalem masa nomor antrian sm nomor yg di layanin beda misal no. Yg di cs baru 516 di layar udh 526 hahaha bener" Mengecewakan

Datang ke Cabang Kalimalang karena mau ganti nomor HP yg sudah berubah untuk tutup kartu kredit. Saya ke CS, isi form dll. Saya bicara ke CS kalau saya mau tutup Kartu Kredit kemarin lewat Call Center, tapi tidak bisa karena nomor HP beda, karena penutupan kartu kredit harus melalui Kode OTP yang dikirim ke nomor HP yang tercatat di sistem. Kemudian kata CS sudah dirubah. Tanggal 5 April 2022 saya telp Call Center untuk tutup Kartu Kredit, ternyata nomor HP belum berubah, masih nomor lama. Nomor Hp di mbanking padahal sudah berubah ke nomor yang baru. Kata Call Center data Perbankan dengan data Kartu Kredit berbeda. Dibuat laporan pengaduan nomor 202204050077, untuk follow up ke cabang, kata Call Center proses 2hari, disuruh telp kembali. Saya telp kembali tanggal 19 April 2022, ternyata belum ada follow up dari cabang Kalimalang. Minta nomor telp cabang pun tidak ada, karena kata Call Center, Cabang hanya melayani datang langsung. Ini tahun 2022, semua sudah elektronik dan serba praktis, terlebih persaingan di Dunia Perbankan sangatlah ketat. kenapa Bank Niaga masih aja ketinggalan jaman dan mempersulit nasabah?

I went to CS, filled out forms etc. I spoke to CS if I wanted to close the Credit Card yesterday via the Call Center, but I couldn't because the cellphone number was different, because closing the credit card had to go through the OTP code that was sent to the cellphone number recorded in the system. Then the word CS has been changed. On April 5, 2022, I called the Call Center to close the Credit Card, apparently the cellphone number hasn't changed, it's still the old number. The cellphone number is banking even though it has been changed to a new number. Call Center said Banking data with different Credit Card data. Complaint report number 20204050077 was made, for follow-up to the branch, the Call Center said it was a 2-day process, told to call again. I called again on April 19, 2022, apparently there has been no follow-up from the Kalimalang branch. Asking for a branch phone number is not available, because the Call Center said, the branch only serves direct visits. It's 2022, everything is electronic and all practical, especially the competition in the banking world is very tight. why is Bank Niaga still outdated and making it difficult for customers?
