Pelayanannya terlalu membedakan, satpam dalam & cs kurang ramah.

Gak terlalu ramai dan protkes dijalankan dengan benar. Dan so far di CS pelayanannya sangat cepat dan detail.

Baru pertama kali ke Bank Mandiri KCP Pondok Kelapa dan saya merasa sangat kecewa dengan pelayanannya. Saya tidak akan menjelaskan secara detail disini karena sudah saya ajukan keluhan ke Mandiri Call, yang pasti saya tidak akan pernah kembali ke KCP tersebut. Saya hanya berharap kedepannya pelayanan di KCP tersebut dapat dievaluasi dan ditingkatkan dikemudian hari.
It was my first time to Bank Mandiri KCP Pondok Kelapa and I was very disappointed with the service. I will not explain in detail here because I have already submitted a complaint to Mandiri Call, for sure I will never return to the KCP. I just hope that in the future the services at the KCP can be evaluated and improved in the future.

Pelayanan tidak memuaskan, sudah antri di teller tiba2 di serobot dgn 2 nasabah lain dan teller nya melayani 2 nasabah yg tidak mengantri. Untuk pihak terkait tolong tertibkan budaya mengantri jgn tembang pilih "NASABAH"
The service is not satisfactory, already queuing at the teller, suddenly being grabbed by 2 other customers and the teller serving 2 customers who are not queuing. For related parties, please organize the culture of queuing, don't sing, choose "CUSTOMER"
