Saya tidak akan menjelaskan secara detail disini karena sudah saya ajukan keluhan ke Mandiri Call, yang pasti saya tidak akan pernah kembali ke KCP tersebut. Saya hanya berharap kedepannya pelayanan di KCP tersebut dapat dievaluasi dan ditingkatkan dikemudian hari.
It was my first time to Bank Mandiri KCP Pondok Kelapa and I was very disappointed with the service. I will not explain in detail here because I have already submitted a complaint to Mandiri Call, for sure I will never return to the KCP. I just hope that in the future the services at the KCP can be evaluated and improved in the future.

The service is not satisfactory, already queuing at the teller, suddenly being grabbed by 2 other customers and the teller serving 2 customers who are not queuing. For related parties, please organize the culture of queuing, don't sing, choose "CUSTOMER"
