★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cetak ulang ktp berbulan2 tidak kunjung selesai,padahal cuma cetak ulang aja dr kecamatan masa bisa lama banget. semoga bisa lebih cepet proses nya buat kedepan,& pelayanan makin baik
 reprinting ID cards for months never finished, even though just reprinting it from the sub-district, it can take a really long time. hopefully the process can be faster for the future, & the service will get better

1. Salah bp kandung Revisi.
2. Udah revisi salah tgl lhr anak Revisi lg.
3. Udah revisi salah bp kandung lg Revisi lg.
4. Amppun kerjanya gimana. Tau ga itu rugi wkt, biaya dll ampuuun..
Taking care of the KK doesn't work, ammpuunn dahhh:
1. Revision's wrong bp.
2. Already revised wrong date of child Revision again.
3. Already revised wrong, bp biological lg. Revision again.
4. How does it work? Do you know that time loss, costs, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak da perbaikan..pelayanan lama.. yang didahulukan yg lewat jalur express aka bayar ..padahal pelayan masyarakat, tp jauh banget dr kata helpful
No repairs .. old service .. the first one that goes through the express route will pay ..even the community servant, but very far from the word helpful

1. pelayanan yg wajib ditingkatkan(walau free tetapi masyarakat juga harus dilayani dengan baik dan sopan tidak sibuk sendiri dengan rekan / anak magang yg lain ).
2.antrian acak acakan dan tidak tertib. dahulu sempat ada petugas keamanan didepan yg bisa di tanya tanya dan diberi no antrian sehingga tertib, sekarang sudah tidak ada sehingga orang asal serobot saja tidak berdasarkan antrian.
3.urus dokument lumayan lama estimasi 14hr kerja contoh saya buat akte lahir anak bisa 2 bulan baru jadi.
4.tempat parkir sangat luas sehingga banyak ruang untuk parkir motor/mobil.
5.bulan lalu untuk blangko kia di kelurahan habis jadi tidak bisa buat, mohon di follow up karena respon dll nya sangat lambat.
6.tempat menunggu kurang nyaman apalagi bila perlu untuk isi dokument pelengkap yg masih kurang.
diberi rating seperti itu dahulu, next di update kalau sudah ada perbaikan!!!

4. The parking lot is very spacious so there is plenty of space for motorbike/car parking.
5. Last month, the Kia form in the kelurahan ran out so I couldn't make it, please follow up because the response etc. is very slow.
6. the waiting area is not comfortable, especially if it is necessary to fill in complementary documents that are still lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i came here on friday (jun 2018), arrived at 7.00 and nobody here, must waiting until 8.15 for the public services.
pros : -
cons :
- no queue
- no separated room for elderly
- no separated room for smoking
- need improvement in time to service, parking area, yard, waiting room and counter
bekasi government, should more care and make improvement, Jakarta is better than bekasi for this kind of services...
