Tiap bulan sudah transfer dengar harga yang sama tapi bulan desember tahun 2019 ini Saya dikejutkan dengan pembayaran air sebesar 90 ribu untuk bulan November padahal Saya baru datang Des 3. Saya komplain tapi CS tetap pada pendirian meteran Jalan ,Saya juga merasa dirugikan sekali tidak pakai koq suruh bayar Ada bukti nya tiket pesawat saya tgl 3 baru datang.

Coba cari staff yang bener dikit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawainya tidak ramah. Saya menelfon menanyakan IPL dengan baik2 tapi dijawab dengan ketus, tidak ada ramah2nya. Harusnya pegawainya mikir mereka kerja dan digaji dari IPL yg kami bayarkan!
The staff is not friendly. I called asking for IPL properly but it was answered curtly, no one was friendly. The employees should think they work and get paid from the IPL we pay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai di pelayanan konsumen tolong dicek ricek lagi kinerjanya, tidak ramah, lamban, tidak responsif, di alam sutera maupun di suvarna sutera, krn saya ada unit di masing2 wilayah tsb, tapi benar2 kecewa dengan estate manajemennya. Padahal unit rumah, wilayah dan suasana sangat baik, sayang tidak didukung dengan kinerja karyawan yg kurang memuaskan
Employees at customer service, please double-check their performance, unfriendly, slow, unresponsive, both in Alam Sutera and Suvarna Sutera, because I have units in each of these areas, but I'm really disappointed with the estate management. Even though the housing unit, area and atmosphere are very good, it's a shame it's not supported by unsatisfactory employee performance
