Memiliki 4 lantai, dengan lantai dasar merupakan lantai pelayanan publik, seperti PTSP dan pajak retribusi Daerah. Terdapat juga pelayanan bank DKI berupa ATM. Selain itu di lantai 2 dan 4 terdapat aula untuk menunjang aktivitas warga, dan lantai 3 untuk kantor. Lantai 4 nya memiliki pemandangan Toll JORR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkir luas bangunan masih model lama cm cet aja yg baru ..ada bank DKI plus ATM...posisi pinggir jalan ..sedikit agak ribet klu mau masuk krn pas tikungan ..apalagi jam sibuk plng sekolah ..
The parking area of the building is still the old model, just click on the new one..there is a DKI bank plus an ATM...the roadside position..a little bit complicated if you want to enter because it's right around the corner..especially during rush hour after school..
