Based on my own experience, I feel the service is fast, responsive, and agile during the process. they are also strict with health protocols which make us feel safer indoors.

β β β β β First impression : wow this place soo cool!! you can input βnomor permohonanβ and you just wait till system called you, then voila your pasport came to you.. hahhaa just the first impression??
When they called my number, i have to wait in front of their βloketβ then βDitunggu sampai setelah istirahat ya, keselip soalnyaβ, wait what!!! very dissapointed, i dont have flexible time to taking care of this!! unprofessional!! i came here around 11am, my expectation βfinsh before breakβ, should be but ???
Sorry, i hate situation like this!! so i gave 1star only

β β β β β The service is so profesional. Staff is all nice and helpful. Some of them is so rude tho. But overall the staff is so helpful. There is no elevator so if you have bussiness at 4th floor be ready to climb that stairs. This place is quite peak in the morning and start to tome down on 10 pm above then peak again after lunch.

β β β β β According to my own experience recently.
the process was quite fast.
Just make sure that you have to make an appointment first on the application (available on iOS and android) before you reach the place because they have daily quota.
Once you make an appointment, you will get the code and also QR code.
Show it to the receptionist desk with filled form and your passport then they will scan your QR code and hand the queue number..
Make sure to follow the instruction well..

β β β β β It wasn't nice experience. I have renew my passport here, and the staff was very rude, especially when it comes for photo session. She wasn't show you the photo, and when I wanted to take another photo, she was curt. For your information, the queue wasn't long because of PPKM. The other staff was nice, but I got the rude staff. If I can give 0 star, I will give it 0 for her service.

β β β β β Why even have a foreign services department if nobody can even speak in English? The basic requirement should be able to communicate in English. However giving 2 stars as the people on the ground floor was much more helpful.
