Got lasik surgery done here. Before was -11, now -2. The doctor promised that my eyes will be fully corrected. But then after the surgery was done and found that my right eyes still blurry (around 10 days after surgery), he told me something like it was because we promised to remain a little minus. After I remind him what he promised before, then he said that my eyes only need exercise to get it fully healed. Before, at the time of the surgery, my eyes bleed and he told me that it was because I used soft lens too much while actually I never use soft lens at all. Then he cannot answer why it bleed until now. Actually this was a good eye hospital with the latest technology, but it seems to me that they are just money oriented now.

Eyes hospital with concierge service and blade less cataract surgery, one and only Eyes Centre with the most advance technology today in Indonesia, and have really expensive small cafe, always crowded on Saturday

Good enough. the doctors are good. the service are very good. the place was cozy and relaxing. also they are complete facility for an hospital. the minus are quite expensive price and unstrategic location access.

My dad have a cataract surgery, 3 day before surgery, i came to hospital book the room for the following Monday, they ask me to go down on the 4th floor to give my dad insurance details, I've done everything they asked. The day of the surgery, they say I need to check again with 4th floor regarding the insurance, when I came to 4th floor, there is no staff at all, i have to wait half an hour, then the staff looking for my dad details, then after 10 minutes, they say they cannot find my dad document at all, i have to make a new documents, sign new documents and all, then they I'm missing a documents from the doctor, they call to the 5th floor, they say because I didn't ask! That's the first time i heard about that document! Every staff keep sending me here and there, that treatment is continue until the check out process for the insurance. After 1 hour i check with my insurance agent, they haven't even received document from the hospital it self, i go down to the 4th floor again, then only the start sending document about to our insurance! It's really really bad service! Worse hospital service! Even though we love our doctor and her assistant but the rest....they really push my buttons!

Upscale/high class eye care center in West Jakarta. In the lobby right after the entrance you can see an automated-piano playing classical music by itself; such wow... The cost of treatment here is of course high. At the backside of the main lobby there is an ATM center. Better make an appointment first (via call) instead of 'walk-in' here to make arrangement/see the doctor's schedule.

Good ophthalmologists, supported by latest eye examination machine. But must increase skill of nurses to operate the machines. Website not inform list of doctors' schedule. Also we must wait quite long to pay at cashier due they must receive complete data from polyclinic section before print the bill.

This one star is to applaud the doctors who work here. Apparently they have to newest technology so far, but the administration and the service sucks. Very minimal parking space. The queueing system is unclear. Ur bookings can be changed suddenly by them. During the surgery they move forward my schedule 30 mins due to the sudden availability of the surgeon and practically rushed through with the anasthesia. For the control they asked me to come at 12.30 since the doctor would finish his practice time at 13.00, but apparently I havent met the doctor till 14.00. Its a queue everywhere, registration, check up and paying. Furthermore they just spam you with calls because of unclear communication regarding administration and payment. I guess if you want the limited new tech you'd still have to come and endure the bad service. Dont tell I didnt warn you. Oh btw, their call center are so hard to reach. You'll probably need to call them 10 times before they answer. Their whatsapp line doesnt reply you until 1 day later. U might want another doctor ready on call for emergencies. Now that I checked my printed appointment queue they gave me on the control day, they actually scheduled me for 14.10 but the doctor should have finished his practice hours at 13.00 so they asked me to come at 12.30. I dont know why thry do that but they just did. The nurse wont even try to help and instead suggested us to change doctor if we cant wait more after waiting for nearly 3 hours for a 5 minuteds control

All about eyes check-up. Service is good. Easy to access, environment is clean, staffs are helpfull.
