★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit 15 oct 19. Its clean, in lobby there is some food tenant. They have 3 lift for certainty user. Nurse and the security are firm about visit time. Feeling secure here. There is BNI atm mear with the food tenant, good free wifi, or tv to watch if you are in the waiting list. Recommended hospital if you need medication for a certain sickness. Success for siloam hospital kebun jeruk always

But thanks to all the staffs (including the cleaning service for keeping the room clean and fresh all the time, it makes me feel safer) ,nurse and the doctors for the helpful and fast response. They gave the right treatment, that I managed to recover well. A respectful shoutout to Ns. Flo, Ns. Winner and Dr. Hadi for their excellent service.

Just like what Forrest Gump says: Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.
The business of life is full of ups and downs. Along with it, comes problems as well as opportunities.
This hospital has shown evidence of extraordinary care whereas they are proactive and willing to listen when problem arises. Most importantly, they are taking lifelong learning and continuous improvement very seriously.
They care about the well being of patient and their family. In addition, they have displayed willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the needs of patient and their family are 100% met without any compromise.
I have been a loyal customer of Siloam Kebun Jeruk. I plan to continue become one in the years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting 5 days for lab report and I never received the result via email until now. CS give me lab ext number, but I call almost 10 times, but no one answer. Customer service can not give any solution at all, and again and again they revert my call to the ext number and no one ever been pick up... what a wasting time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is dingy. Doctors are conceited. Wait is long Management monetize every single procedure (even a pin drop is charged).
I recommend hospitals with at least 4 stars in google. The rating truly reflects patients perception and overall experience.
Better go to nearby hospitals such as RSPI or Mandaya. They have different fundamentals and their rating speak for itself.
