β β β β β Buruk banget, selama ke CIMB lain ga pernah selambat ini kerjanya, disini pelayanan satu orang aja sejam lebih waduh, ga sebanding sama gedungnya yg gede kinerjanya lambat kalah sama cabang yg kecil kecil parah disini mah, ngantri dari jam 9nan Ampe mau Dzuhur masih ngantri padahal cuma 2antrian, ampun dah ga lagi lagi disini.
It's really bad, while going to another CIMB it's never been this slow, working here is only one person for more than an hour, wow, it's not comparable to a big building, the performance is slow to lose to a small branch, it's bad here, I'm queuing from 9 o'clock. only 2 queues, sorry I'm no longer here.

β β β β β Ini masih oke lho saya kasih rating bintang 1. Jujur aja nih ya. dateng 10.30 saya baru finish di jam 14.30. Total 4 jam di bank cuman urusin ganti kartu ATM karena ATM Expired.
pertama kali dateng di sapa satpam dapet nomor 522. saya tanya sekarang nomor brapa dan dijawab ada di nomor 511. bayangin donk CS cuman 2. nglayanin 11 orang gitu bisa 4 jam. dah gitu after gw duduk banyak ngkong2 udah tua yg dateng antri juga. duh BURUK banget lah pelayanan nya. SUPER lama. Gak recommended ini bank. jaman udah IT masih harus isi2 form banyak banget.
It's still okay, you know, I'll give it a 1 star rating. Let's be honest. came 10.30 I just finished at 14.30. A total of 4 hours at the bank just to change the ATM card because the ATM is Expired.
The first time I came to greet the security guard, I got the number 522. I asked now what number it was and I answered it was at number 511. Just imagine that CS only serves 11 people, that's 4 hours. That's it, after I sat down, there were a lot of old people who came in line too. duh, the service is really BAD. SUPER old. Not recommended this bank. In the IT era, you still have to fill out a lot of forms.

β β β β β Jangan ke CIMB Niaga disini pelayanan nya sangat buruk nunggu udah 2 jam engga di layani padahal nunggu 3 org lagi tapi lambat dan kinerja nya buruk. Banyak pegawai tapi lambat tidak sesuai kecepatan dalam melayani nasabah lain nya, kalau kesini pasti nyesel bila mau di layani dengan cepat itu tidak mungkin !!! Sangat buruk !!!
Don't go to CIMB Niaga here, the service is very bad. The wait has been 2 hours without being served even though waiting for 3 more people but it's slow and the performance is bad. Many employees but slow not according to speed in serving other customers, if you come here you will regret it if you want to be served quickly it's impossible!!! Very bad !!!

β β β β β Saran yaa, klo mau buka rekening CIMB Niaga jangan di sini. Cari cabang lain aja. Pelayanan sangat buruk. Entah itu teller atau Cs nya, tidak mementingkan nasabah yg di depannya. Sibuk dengan urusan sendiri. Kebanyakan ngobrol dg yg lain. Nasabah di cuekin. Terimakasih
My advice, if you want to open a CIMB Niaga account, don't go here. Look for another branch. Very bad service. Whether it's the teller or the Cs, they don't care about the customers in front of them. Busy with his own business. Mostly talk to others. Customers are ignored. Thank you

β β β β β Gak ngerti sama peraturan di cabang ini saya hanya mau pasang aplikasi octomobile harus bawa ktp asli padahal ktp saya hilang dan udah bawa surat kehilangan kepolisian, terus apa guna nya surat kehilangan kepolisian kalau gak bisa bantu , sangat kurang sekali pelayannya

β β β β β Perlakuan semena-mena bank CIMB Niaga - jangan pakai bank ini
Saya adalah nasabah Bank CIMB cabang Tomang Tol dan Pondok Indah sejak tahun 2018, dengan 2 KPR beratas namakan nama saya dan suami saya. Saat menandatangi perjanjian KPR di tahun 2018 dan 2019, saya di informasikan bahwa pelunasan sebagian/dipercepat bisa dilakukan, dengan membayar penalti. Di dua KPR ini, penalty sebesar 2% dan 3% diberlakukan. Seperti nasabah lainnya, saya menabung sekemampuan saya untuk membayar KPR saya, karena bunga besar dr bank (7% dan 8%).
Sejak masa pengajuan KPR, saya sudah menginformasikan kepada Bank bahwa saya tinggal dan kerja di luar negeri, dan tidak berdomisili di Jakarta. Pihak bank menginformasikan kepada saya bahwa CIMB Niaga mempunyai internet banking dan phone banking, dimana saya bisa membayar cicilan dengan auto debet dan pelunasan bisa dilakukan lewat email. Pada bulan October 2020, saya melakukan pelunasan sebagian lewat email tanpa ada kendala. Ini berulang lagi pada bulan April 2021, Sep 2021 dan Dec 2021 untuk kedua KPR saya.
Pada bulan February 2022, saya mengajukan pelunasan sebagian untuk loan saya, dan menerima email seperti ini dari CIMB Phone Banking:
"Berdasarkam hasil laporan CBGRE******000113. Kami informasikan bahwa Ibu sedang berada di luar negeri diketahui dari nomor ponsel yang tercantum di formulir pengajuan pelunasan, untuk simulasi pelunasan telah dikirimkan ke email Ibu pada tanggal 20 Februari 2022. Pelunasan sebagian akan diproses apabila telah dilakukan penandatangan dengan tatap muka.
Terima kasih atas kepercayaan Ibu kepada kami. Melayani Ibu merupakan kebanggaan bagi kami."
Setelah 4X pelunasan sebagian lewat email dijalankan, CIMB niaga memutuskan untuk menolak pelunasan sebagian saya, menyatakan harus tatap muka tanpa alasan sama sekali. Sekarang adalah jaman COVID, dengan pengetatan dari pemerintah untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID, tapi tanpa alasan kecuali untuk menyusahkan nasabah, peraturan tatap muka diada-adakan.
Saya menelpon Phone Banking dan menanyakan apakah pelunasan KPR dapat dilakukan jika nasabah tidak berdomisili di dalam negeri, dan jawaban yang saya terima adalah: BISA, Bu. Asalkan Ibu punya alamat email, nomor telepon terdaftar dan kartu atm yang masih berlaku. Setelah phone banking ini, dengan Whatssap accountnya, CIMB Niaga masih menyatakan tidak bisa melaksanakan pelunasan tanpa tatap muka, dan mereka tidak ada legalitas peraturan seperti ini yang mereka dapat bagikan ke saya. Hanya kata-kata dan informasi verbal dr petugas.
Indonesia, apakah ini perlindungan customer? Apakah nasabah tidak ada hak? Saya benar2 kecewa dengan bank sebesar CIMB Niaga yang masih semena2 kepada nasabah sepihak.
Sekembalinya saya ke tanah air, saya akan menutup account saya di CIMB Niaga. Pada masyarakat luas, berhati-hatilah memilih bank. Jangan percaya dengan CIMB Niaga.
Arbitrary treatment of CIMB Niaga bank - don't use this bank
I am a customer of Bank CIMB Tomang Tol and Pondok Indah branches since 2018, with 2 mortgages in the names of myself and my husband. When I signed the mortgage agreement in 2018 and 2019, I was informed that partial/expedited repayment could be made, by paying a penalty. In these two mortgages, a penalty of 2% and 3% is applied. Like other customers, I save as much as I can to pay off my mortgage, because of the high interest from the bank (7% and 8%).
Since applying for a mortgage, I have informed the Bank that I live and work abroad, and do not live in Jakarta. The bank informed me that CIMB Niaga has internet banking and phone banking, where I can pay my installments by auto debit and payment can be made via email. In October 2020, I made a partial payment via email without any problems. This repeated again in April 2021, Sep 2021 and Dec 2021 for both of my mortgages.
In February 2022, I applied for partial repayment of my loan, and received an email like this from CIMB Phone Banking:
"Based on the results of the CBGRE******000113 report. We inform you that you are abroad, it is known from the mobile number listed on the settlement application form, for a simulation of repayment has been sent to your email on February 20, 2022. Partial payment will be made processed when it has been signed face-to-face.
Thank you mom for trusting us. Serving Mother is an honor for us."
After 4X partial payment by email, CIMB Niaga decided to refuse my partial payment, stating that I had to meet face-to-face for no reason at all. Now is the era of COVID, with tightening from the government to prevent the spread of COVID, but for no reason except to inconvenience customers, face-to-face regulations are made.
I called Phone Banking and asked if the mortgage payment could be made if the customer is not domiciled in the country, and the answer I received was: YES, ma'am. Provided you have an email address, registered phone number and a valid atm card. After this phone banking, with their WhatsApp account, CIMB Niaga still stated that it could not make payments without face-to-face, and they did not have any legal regulations like this that they could share with me. Only words and verbal information from the officer.
Indonesia, is this customer protection? Does the customer have no rights? I am really disappointed with a bank as big as CIMB Niaga which is still arbitrarily to customers one-sidedly.
Upon my return to my homeland, I will close my account at CIMB Niaga. In the wider community, be careful choosing a bank. Don't trust CIMB Niaga.
