★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call center is horrible, they’re swiping you away for having an appointment. They can’t suggest anything rather than saying ‘oh the doctor’s appointment is full’ for like every doctor (telling you to just go away, they don’t even tell when the doctor is available) They don’t try to suggest other options either, making kmn sounded so snobbish. I forget to ask her name but you should fire her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recommended place for you to have a better eyesight, whatever your problems, they (doctor team) have good capacity and reputation to fix it. Competitive prices. Comfortable and a bit artsy place, AC, restrooms, snack rooms. Lot of seating space. Friendly staff. Parking lot is spacious enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On April 30th I went here and was directed to meet dr Martin for a check. I was asked to do 2 tests. I forgot the name of the first test, it basically gave info about the lining of my lens, and some other info about my eye balls. The second test was called "lapang-pandang" in bahasa. This basically tells the region that each of my eye ball can still detect light (vision).
dr Martin told me that the lapang-pandang test usually took some learning curve for us patient to be able to perform as intended. Basically I have to see straight, and not to roll my eye ball around during test.
Since it was late night, he asked me to come again for a second test on the "lapang-pandang" test.
And he also need me to be given special eye drop so that he can look into the eye balls more clearly.
For this first visit, I paid full price for the admin fee, doctor visit, first test and second test.
And so I came again on May 7th.
Did the "lapang-pandang" test again, and have the special eye drops.
dr Martin then checked the result from the 2nd test, and did the "check-through-my-eye-ball" check, and found that my retina is fine.
In conclusion, there's no problem with my eyes.
To my surprise, during my 2nd visit I was only charged the admin fee.
That's it.
I really like the sincere-health-care that dr Martin & KMN were providing me. Great job!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is comfy, free wifi with drinks. But u hv to be careful in choosing the doctor. I called that morning and checked on a doctor availability. He was available. Last time abt 10+ yrs back i was the patient , he was also avail on spot. Seems like nt much patient. When i was the patient, he said my eyes prob was nothing he interested in. He asked me to look for other doc. This time i took my dad, his comment was he didnt wanna operate my dad cos of age! In conclusion he didn't wanna do my eyes while i was in my 30s, and also didn't want to do my dad! Jadi maunya apa?? No wonder he was always avail on spot and got no patient!! Key learning pick doctor who has a lot of patient eg u hv to make appt 1 week away. If he is available on spot dat day, skip that doc. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment scheduled at 9.20am. I tried to push back the appointment but was informed that the consultation hour is only until 10am. On the day, we came on time but.... 2.30hours later we are still waiting for our turn. Please be respectful of other people's time. If the doctor spends a lot of time tending to the patients, please allocate longer time for each patient and take that into account when calculating the appointment time. Don't waste people's time!
