Received an email that the phone ready for pick up at 7 PM, but when arrived at the place they said already closed at 6 PM.
The sales person in front of the ibox said to ask yourself to the service room (which already closed), because they are different..they are sales person not customer care!..
As customer i said, its better you to help go inside and ask them..
I come with the sales, and ask..and then the technician with un proper face say to me to go out, you must received a call or call first !.. (but the practically the customer care only received whatsapp messages! only as the communication, no phone allowed)
As customer that i believe i have the right to pick the phone because informed via email that ready for pick up until 7 PM, i can not accept their treatment, because the office hour is until 17.30.
They continue not to give any respect (FYi i run from the parking area to catch the 7 PM, and sweating)..
Since i gt unproper service and very unwelcomed face and treatment..and high tone to get out, i said and ask to the technician : why your face is not normal to talk to the customer?
Suddenly the IBOX person -technician get angry, get out from his room, yelled at my face, open his jacket and ask me to FIGHT, BATTLEFIGHT because he did not accept my words that ask "why your face is not normal to talk to the customer", he not accept my word because he has pride, and i can not underestimate him. Lots of people looks what happen, and he continue yelled at my face just half of centimeters away from my face..face to face! Intimidate me and scream and walk around the store and the people, blame me and insist me to apologize for what i said, i am not sure why he very sensitive.
He also said un proper word in the intimidation such as : sissy (because i not go out the ibox for the fight).
FYI that at the end the customer care is still there, but when i arrived at 6.45 PM he is not there.
The phone received around 7.30 PM, but the funny thing they said the customer care already closed at 6PM and they said that the phone can not taken out because to sent the phone out is need the system control, but funny thing we received it after the long intimidation, drama and FIGHT proposal in the proccess.
Thank you for the treatment to your customer IBOX, how you threat and treat your customer is represent your company as a whole!

β β β β β Bad service. Not guaranteed a warm smiling good attitude for the after sales service booth. I hate ο£Ώ Apple after ibox as authorized service providers cannot repair or exchange my broken iPhone.. hope Apple Inc could take of that text of authorized service providers on each every ibox store..

β β β β β Before they moved the service center to the iBox Kota Kasablanka I used to go to iBox Menteng service center too and the level of service or the lack of it remains the same in both places. Very UNhelpful staff at the service center part of the store. However the shop attendance are always more helpful. I find it ironic that the staff who are supposed to provide services are not delivering the job. Very POOR

β β β β β I had a good shopping experience here. The Staffs also support each other when serving customers. I noticed, all customers are served, including when explaining about promos, warranties, and helping to set tempered glass. I already know that in terms of price, it is indeed more expensive than others. but if you want to get an official iPhone with an official warranty, I think Ibox is the best choice.

β β β β β Even though the ibox in MKG 3 is the biggest ibox in asia. Ibox city of Casablanca is more suitable for a visit.
The reason, because it seems the goods here don't go in and out as quickly as in MKG 3.
The items here are also quite complete like most ibox store.

β β β β β iBox sell Apple products usually at a somewhat higher price compared to their competitors. But iBox is considered the better reseller in Indonesia since they have one of the most extensive outlets and service centers.
I gave it a three star because Apple does not have their own outlets in Indonesia. Only third party stores such as iBox. Also limited options compared to overseas Apple Stores.
