Tidak ada pemberitahuan mengenai bonus jika mencapai minimal pembelian tertentu, dan juga tidak ada pemberitahuan apakah ada pilihan bonus atau bonusnya produk tertentu. Staf toko yang langsung memilihkan produk.
Akan lebih baik jika pembeli diberi tahu di awal mengenai aturan dan ketetapan yg menyangkut bonus pembelian.
Di toko ini terasa seperti Staf toko adalah raja. Pembeli nurut-nurut saja sama aturan yg dibuat staf toko ?
Untuk produk yg dipajang dgn kotaknya sekalian, alangkah baiknya jika tester diletakkan di depannya, shg pembeli tahu produk yang di dalam kemasan bentuknya seperti apa.

For products that are displayed with all the boxes, it would be nice if the tester was placed in front of it, so that buyers know what shape the product is in the packaging.
