Bought the new ASUS ROG II here, the staff was okay at first, the next 17 hours, we got an issue with the phone. found a yellow tint right in the screen. so it's normal that within 24 hours we ask for a new replacement for the item that we just purchased right? but these staff was being so NOT PROFESSIONAL said that its not possible to get the replacement due to different brand etc etc. I ever asked the staff in ERAFONE Taman Anggrek why their price from offline store and online store different, they answered that because you can get a replacement if you come across any defect within 24 hours! anyways, the staff was being awful that I had to make a review in here. we wait for 2 hours for approval of the new replacement from their manager, we haven't had our lunch so we asked can we had lunch first and come back later, the staff said okay, we only went like 45 minutes next thing that we know they got the approval for the replacement. So the staff called and texted us to come back immediately because she said, she needed a break . DUDE WE WAITED FOR 2 HOURS FOR AN APPROVAL AND ALSO HAVEN'T HAD OUR LUNCH. we were so pissed. and guess what? the second phone also has its issue, DEAD PIXEL! We smirked. we were still asking nicely, how did this happened after two phones, the guy staff sarcastically answered "No idea, I'm not the one manufactured the phone" lmfao. of course we knew that, his attitude was so not professional that made me angry and i left him with my boyfriend to deal. Later on, we got the third phone and hopefully its working well. Do not buy from this store because the staff was not professional to handle these kind of issue and always put frowning face. Dio and Nurul, that's the name of the staffs. Do not waste your precious time with them!
