★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubah dong jam buka nya jgn ngprank pasien. Kalau buka jam 8 ya tulis jam 8 jgn ditulis 24jam.
Mau berobat jam 9 malem aja ga diterima. Jadwal dokter yg terpampang di papan ga sesuai sama kenyataan. Pelayanan didepan buruk, kebanyakan ngobrol becanda ke sesama petugas. Sepatu atau sendal mereka habis dari luar ga dicopot atau diganti pake sepatu khusus dalem klinik ( atau memang klinik tidak menyediakan alas kaki khusus untuk petugas ) Giliran pasien harus copot alas kaki.
 Please change the opening hours, don't prank the patient. If it opens at 8, write it at 8, don't write 24 hours.
If you want treatment at 9 pm, it's not accepted. The doctor's schedule displayed on the board does not match reality. The service in front is bad, most of them talk jokingly to fellow officers. Their shoes or sandals have run out from the outside, have not been removed or replaced with special shoes in the clinic (or indeed the clinic does not provide special footwear for staff). It is the patient's turn to take off their footwear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya sama sekali ngga meriksa pasien.. minta surat keterangan sakit nggak boleh..
The doctor doesn't examine the patient at all.. you can't ask for a sick certificate..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hampir tidak suka dengan semua pelayananny, petugas dan semuanya, menunjukkan muka baik k pasien saat minta penilaian lewat kertas saja, selebihnya bermuka masam meremehkan dan galak
Almost didn't like all the services, the officers and all of them, showed a good face to the patient when asking for an assessment on paper, the rest were sour, dismissive and fierce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di kira rame karna pelayanan bagus ternyata kurang pelayanan, berobat k situ d layanin sama dokter cewe kurus jutek banget,.. Masa sya brobat d situ gk d priksa masa suruh tes darah d luar dan harus bayar,.. Kenapa gak di rujuk k RS yg d caver BPJS juga.. Mau pindah klinik lh bikin kapok
I thought it was crowded because the good service turned out to be lacking in service, the treatment there was served by the doctor, the skinny girl was really dirty,.. When I was a brobat there, I wasn't checked, when I ordered a blood test outside and had to pay, why wasn't he referred to the hospital? those who are covered by BPJS as well.. If you want to move to a clinic, you will give up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu klinik ini saya banggakan tp sekarang saya sangat kecewa,saya berobat kmren tanggal 01-11-2021,saya beneran bgt butuh istrht karena kurg fit,tp dokter ga mau ngasih saya istrht,,dh 2x berobat tp ttp ga dikasih istrahat,,heii dokter emg lu siapanya bos gw..yg bayar gw..udah ah..mending gw nyari lg klinik yg lebih baik dari ini
I used to be proud of this clinic but now I'm very disappointed, I took treatment yesterday 01-11-2021, I really need rest because I'm not fit, but the doctor doesn't want to give me rest... Doctor, who are you, boss, who paid for me.. ah.. I'd better find a better clinic than this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama dokter B*****d, klo ktemu sama dokter ini ga pernah diperiksa, cuma ditanya2 aja, seharusnya pasien itu diperiksa bukan cuma ditanya². Knapa sih peserta BPJS selalu diremehkan, kami jg rutin byar tiap bulan.
Disappointed with the B*****d doctor, when I met this doctor, he was never examined, only asked questions, the patient should have been examined, not just asked questions. Why are BPJS participants always underestimated, we also pay regularly every month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian receptionistnya sombong dan jutek, saya mau konsultasi kehamilan malah di usir, di suruh balik lagi kalau sudah 4 bulan ke atas. Semoga Allah membalas perlakuan kalian yang merendahkan pengguna BPJS pdhl kita tiap bulan selalu bayar.
The receptionist was arrogant and snobbish, I wanted a pregnancy consultation and was even kicked out, told to come back again when it's been 4 months and over. May Allah repay your treatment for degrading BPJS users, we always pay every month.
