★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman saya masuk ke klinik, disambut oleh wajah musam dari bagian pendaftaran, dia pikir saya ini ga mampu apa ya kok dilihatnya judes seperti itu.
Belum tentu orang yang penampilan jelek itu orang miskin. Saya awalnya sudah daftar tapi saya tinggal pergi karena wajah karyawannya tidak menyenangkan.
 My experience was when I entered the clinic, I was greeted by a gloomy face from the registration section, he thought I couldn't do it, how come he looks like a bitch.
Not necessarily people who look ugly are poor people. I originally signed up but I just walked away because the faces of the employees were not pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter hendrarto spesialis tht pelayanan nya buruk, periksa semaunya dan kurang teliti biaya gede tapi cuma dikasih antibiotik 1 lembar. Sedikit kecewa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berobat dua kali ke tht, biaya nya lumayan mahal tapi hasilnya nihil.. Tidak tuntas,setelah di bersihkan kuping masih terasa tersumbat dan sakit.
Go to the ENT for treatment twice, the cost is quite expensive but the results are nil.. It's not complete, after cleaning the ears still feel clogged and hurt.

Dokter hendrarto spesialis tht, pelayanannya buruk, periksa pasien semaunya. Saya bayar, bahkan terbilang mahal bagi saya.
Yesterday was the first time and will not be coming back for treatment here again!
Doctor Hendrarto is an ENT specialist, the service is bad, check the patient at will. I paid, even fairly expensive for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ke dr spesialis THT untuk irigasi telinga/bersihkan telinga itu enak. Nyaman disini, alatnya canggih. Bersihin telinga nya sebentar aja, cuma 5 menitan udah plong.
Ke dr umum karena sakit ga bisa duduk, dikasi beberapa obat antibiotik dan pereda nyeri baru 2x minum udah 90% balik normal. Tuhan memberkati.
I went to an ENT specialist for ear irrigation / ear cleaning, it was delicious. It's comfortable here, the tools are sophisticated. Just clean the ears for a moment, only 5 minutes is enough.
I went to the general doctor because I was sick, I couldn't sit up, I was given some antibiotics and a pain reliever, I just took it twice and it's 90% back to normal. God bless.
