★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempet takut liat review ada yg ksh bintang 1. Tapi kenyataan nya bagus kok.. jam 1 kurang sdikit uda dibuka pintunya. Lalu pelayanan admin ramah2 banget dan cepat juga. Yg ambil darah jg sangat amat ramah dan baik. Terima ksih ya .. Sukses dan sehat selalu utk semua karyawan ?
 I was afraid to see that there was a review that said it was a 1 star. But the reality is that it's really good... at 1 or less the door has been opened. Then the admin service is very friendly and fast too. Those who take blood are also very, very friendly and kind. Thank you.. Success and good health for all employees ?

The antigen test here is fast, just wait 15 minutes and the results come out right away, it's not crowded and the service staff are friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama bgt sumpah test dr jam 11 sampe jam 2 siang belom ketauan juga hasilnya katanya mau di wa GK di wa juga. Percuma punya no TLP gak bisa dihubungin
The service is very long, I swear the test is from 11 am to 2 pm I haven't seen the results yet, they say they want to be in wa GK in wa too. It's useless to have a TLP number, you can't be contacted

In my opinion, those who give good reviews are their people too. I swear this service is very slow, serving 1 person with an antigen swab can only take 30 minutes

Pengambilan hasil kurang cepat. Sebaiknya ditambahkan pelayanan CS via WhatsApp untuk mempermudah dalam komunikasi dengan pelanggan.
