★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best ramen in jakarta for sure. But i think the taste is better in kelapa gading branch? Idk .. the place is easy to find can walk from pluit village mall.
I tried the ramen babi tamtam should be spicy but not for me so i added extra chilli. They should have add more pork branch for real

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality is getting bad. Broth is very watered down, portion is getting smaller & smaller, a 12yr old will need 2 bowls. And I salute the chef's knife skills, charsiu gets sliced into 1.5mm paper like thinness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite ramen place, and decided to Hakata Ikkousha outlet in Pluit, the space is not to big, so expect crowd especially in dinner time or weekend. Their menus are varieties of ramen, donburi, gyoza, fried rice and addional dishes like kaarage. For today, I ordered thei Buta Tan Tan Ramen, Chicken Chasu Don and Pork Gyoza. All of them is tasty and filling. You will get decent meal for all of your order here. Recommend this restaurant for you people who loves ramen like me! ? ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first buta ramen in Jakarta. Shame that they're not as popular of their spinoff just because of 'chilli sauce'. For me this is the most authentic ramen restaurant and seeing it not as big as it used to be is a shame. But yeah maybe the price factor should be reconsidered.

And what's better is the tables are spaced complying with Covid-19 Safety protocol. Great!
