★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to PIK branch but because me and my friends were in the area, and remembering that Pluit branch is more spacious, we decided to give it a try. First of all, for me personally, food tastes better in PIK branch. Second of all, we had to ask three times to get pickled ginger. Third of all, the portion in this branch is VERY TINY! Especially for the ika tempura and salmon fried rice. For the price we paid, it's really not worth it. I hope my 2 cents will be heard by the management and there will be consideration about this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a dinner during the covid here, the quality of food is good as expected but there are few caveats to mention due to the pandemic; queues are not long at the time of our visit but we feel waiting for the table is a bit unnerving because the waiting area is small, we didn't had a temperature check which we assume a lot other diners probably not checked and some server didnt properly use the face shield. There is very limited social distancing between tables so when the person on the table behind us had a wet cough that feels nerve wreckingly uncomfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is cozy if it is not too crowded as it can get most of the times. Sushi is good quality and the service is prompt and polite in general. However, it is quite pricey. So make sure to save up before coming here so you can enjoy the full experience and not think about the price too much when dining here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly in love with the food, the ambience, and the service. First time here was early 2022, had dine in for lunch. Second time only for take away. Mesmerized by the interior design! Our family's favorite dishes are Truffle Roll (The Best), Bombastic Roll, Salmon Mentai Roll, Salmon Croquette, Salmon Fried Rice, and Salmon Sashimi. The sashimi meat is orange red, seems it's wild caught salmon rather than farmed one - which us good.. and it tastes so fresh! For this time being, Sushi Hiro is our favorite!

One complaints about this restaurant is their service, please improve the on-time management as it’s essential for all of entire restaurant for serving foods to the customers punctually. Overall, the best place to visit with. Would definitely come here soon.
