★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kurang memuaskan. Setelah pelunasan sy lsung tlf pihak Wom. Dr instruksi dsni sy di ajukan dpt mngmbil BPKB stlah 2mnggu pelunasan. Nah setelah 2mnggu sy ke kntor, ternyata hasilnya nihil, dg alsan BPKB dpt di ambil 2lg setelah pelunasan denda, ribet mmg proses nya,pdhal dr awl tidak ada pnjelsan mngenai pngmbilan BPKB stlh plunasan denda,hnya dijelaskan stelah pelunasan terkahir next 2mnggu bsa lsung ke kntor untuk pngmbilan BPKB sklgus untuk plunasan..buang2 wktu customer.. dan yg bkin kapok, hutang ga sbrpa, pmbyran hanya sesekali telat,tp kita dtlfonin diteror2 sperti hutang ratusan juta,, pdhal di pmbyran lainnya sy sllu byar 2 mnggu lbh awl dr jtuh tmpo,, tp giliran telat 3hr diteror2,, mohon diperbaiki sistemnya,krna bagaimanapun kita bayar telat endingnya ada denda pas pngmbilan BPKB bukan? Yg brrti walaupun telat bunga berjalan,,jd ga ush khwatir tlfon2in customer kayak mau kabur saj
The service is not satisfactory. After repayment, I went straight to Wom. Dr., my instructions have been proposed to get a BPKB after 2 weeks of repayment. Well, after 2 weeks I went to the office, it turned out to be nil, with the reason that the BPKB could be taken 2lg after paying the fine, it was complicated, the process was complicated, even though from awl there was no explanation regarding the collection of BPKB after the payment of the fine, it was explained after the last payment was completed next 2 weeks How to collect BPKB now for repayment..wasted customer time .. and those who don't give up, the debt is not as good, the remittances are only occasionally late, but we are terrorized like hundreds of millions of debts, even though in other payments, I still pay 2 weeks more tmpo, but it's 3 days late to be terrorized, please fix the system, because after all we pay late, the ending is a fine when we take BPKB right? Which is true even though the flowers are running late, so we don't worry about the customer's phone calls like they're just running away
