★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah lama tidak makan di Marugame, saya kaget dengan perubahan harga drastis terhadap rata2 menu mereka. However, harga tinggi tidak masalah kalau service dan produknya baik. Sayangnya tidak begitu. Karena embel2 covid, condiments harus bolak balik ngambil dan merepotkan saya dan kasir untuk berulang melayani urusan tidak perlu ( refill minuman, minta condiments berulang ) , udon yang saya dapatkan suhunya hanya hangat dan tidak cukup panas layaknya udon yang saya makan di cabang marugame lain. Bagian bawah tray kotor dan berminyak. Pilihan tempura juga sangat limited dibandingkan marugame lainnya. Tentu pelayanan dan produk kalian tidak sesuai standard di jepang. For sure saya tidak akan kembali ke cabang marugame lippo mall puri. Stay away !!
 After not eating at Marugame for a long time, I was surprised by the drastic price change to their average menu. However, the high price doesn't matter if the service and product are good. Unfortunately not so. Due to covid, condiments have to go back and forth and make it difficult for me and the cashier to repeatedly serve unnecessary business (refill drinks, ask for condiments repeatedly), the udon I got was only warm and not hot enough like the udon I ate at other marugame branches. The bottom of the tray is dirty and greasy. The choice of tempura is also very limited compared to other marugames. Of course, your services and products are not up to standard in Japan. For sure I will not return to the lippo mall puri marugame branch. Stay away !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marugame salah satu resto halal favorit sih kalo lagi ngemall. Apalagi kalo lagi musim hujan gini,nyeruput kuah udon hangat bikin gw bahagia.. haha. Plus side dish nya yang bikin kalap..kadang mau semua,namun apa daya perut gak muat
Marugame is one of my favorite halal restaurants when it comes to shopping. Especially when it's rainy season, sipping warm udon sauce makes me happy... haha. Plus the side dish makes me crazy...sometimes I want everything, but my stomach doesn't fit
