Can find another model than other store...and have nice ambience with nice and friendly SPG that can help us find the best model for us...but I think it needs more promotion to increase the customer...???

Sogo is one of best middle up retail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here to find the dress for my friend wedding. So I went to the batik and dress part in sogo. I asked the shopkeeper to recommend me the a dress or batik that will suit me to the wedding. But they didnt response my request clearly because of too busy discussed something that very important with their colleague, maybe. But, when i had my choice, they response was very fast to bring me to the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really crowded on weekends, and personally i cannot enjoyed it. It's really hard to choosing and trying your clothing/shoes/anything that you want to buy because of so many people. The queue on cashier was superrrrrrr long, and sadly they only open 2 counter per floor :(
But on the other side, appreciate to the staff that are nice and polite when giving assistance ?
I guess if you want to enjoyed your shopping, you can visited on weekdays. But maybe it become more crowded on weekends because of high season
