Berkali2 ke sini tetap pelayanannya tidak memuaskan, baru jam 11, Dr. sudah istirahat, dan tdk melayani pasien, suruh balik lagi jam 11, OMG, mana pelayan masyarakat yg harus memberikan pelayanan prima

Tidak memberikan pelayanan prima, dokernya tidak bisa berbicara dengan baik, yg bisa membuat pasien nyaman, dia tidak memberikan pelayanan prima, mungkin mereka kira yg dtg adalah pasien BPJS gratis, jadi gratis juga ngomong semaunya, sementara kita dipotong gaji tiap bulan. Saran saya dokternya selalu di rolling agar dia juga tau bagaima puskesmas lain melayani pasiennya, supaya matanya terbuka dan dia sadar klo puskesmas dimana2 sudah memberikan pelayanan prima sekarang.

Puskesmas disini mesti disidak ya sepertinya . Pekerja nya malas2 sekali, saya ibu hamil 9 bln datang pada hari kamis saya ingin daftar utk bertemu bidan minta rekomendasi untuk cek lab di puskesmas tanah abang (saya baru pertama kali ke puskesmas ini karna biasa di saya kontrol kehamilan di rs). lalu petugas loket nya bilang "bahwa sudah tutup jam 11 puskesmas sudah tidak melayani pasien lagi kalau tidak ada keluahan silahkan kembali besok". Apakah ibu hamil harus ada keluhan dulu baru boleh ke puskesmas bagaimana yang ingin kontrol kehamilan nya dan apakah masuk akal tempat layanan masyarakat hanya beroperas sampai jam 11 siang. Saya bentak sedikit saya bilang apa bisa dipertanggung jawabkan omongan nya, akhirnya petugas nya mengijinkan saya untuk konsul ke bidan. Tapi saya sudah keburu kecewa saya pindah ke puskesamas kec tanah abang saya tanya apa benar jam operasi puskesmas hanya sampai jam 11, ternyata kata puskesmas kec tanah abang bilang bahwa semua puskesmas beroperasi sampai jam 4 sore. Btw info utk puskesmas karet tengsin sangat sepi sekali karna pelayanan nya buruk masyarakat disekitar sana lebih memilih untuk ke puskesmas kec tanah abang karna pelayanan sangat baik

Btw the info for the Karet Tengsin Public Health Center is very quiet because the service is bad, the people around there prefer to go to the Tanah Abang sub-district health center because the service is very good
