★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are mostly unprofessional... they check their cellphones during working hour or when they're talking to the patients.
EMG department:
1-hour wait, 1-hour treatment, 30-min analysis, and 1-minute explanation. The doctor kept yawning in front of us. He didn't give us any explanation as to what the problem was or what the graph represented.
Osteoporosis clinic:
Good, relatively-detailed analysis, but the receptionist kept making typos on our documents...
Orthopedics:
Friendly doctor, but I wish he would stop beating around the bush. We spent 1 hour together and he still doesn't tell us what the problem might be. He also refused to be interjected and to answer our questions...
So, yeah. Money's gone and we're still sick.

Near highway
Easy to spot from normal traffic
Once you get inside the building you can smell the nice perfume of the building. Make you feel comfortable while doing any check up here.
The facility is good. Doctor good and professional.
The ER nurse act very fast.
And also the ambulance pick you up very fast.
Overall is good to choose this hospital for you medical needed
Stay healthy all....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time came into this hospital to accompany my family member who just had an accident and needs to rush to UGD. When we arrived the security was so kind and pick her up with a wheelchair.
Then the nurse/admin lady told us to wait as the UGD was full at that moment, but I actually didn't see any crowd or other patient tbh.
But they made us waited for more than an hour without any update, we did followed up a lot of times asking how long we need to wait but the answers are always the same "WE DON'T KNOW".
Even the admin lady is so impolite and we don't really feel their hospitality other than the help from the security.
At the end we decided to leave and find another hospital.
So disappointed with the first impression, will be the first and the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional doctor and the medicine is pretty effective! Highly recommend for it! The only thing you need to care about is the budget because it’s not a cheap cost. That should be keep in mind in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here several times for PET SCAN. My doc said it's one of the hospital which provides a PET SCAN service. The service is good because they would remind me about the schedule and its prerequisites. The nurses are kind too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility is very outdated, pharmacy took about 30mins when there is nobody in the queue, confusing and inefficient system for registering, toilet cubicle is only 2, radiology only opens every other day. I mean..
Not to mention the high price they charge.
