β β β β β Pelayanan sangat buruk, dokter diminta untuk acc pulang via perawat lama banget responnya, yang masih di poli, gak bisa ditelp, ternyata ganti lagi dan nunggu jam berikutnya, kita sudah seperti itu lebih dari 24 jam, mck sangat jauh dari kata baik, kran air kecil, semprot wc duduk untuk cebok malfungsi, padahal petugas kebersihan sangat rajin ngebersihin, tapi respon pihak rs sangat lambat, tembok banyak yang kotor, banyak yang tambalan, banyak sarang laba-laba di dinding atas., tetap aja gak diperbaharui. Udah gitu pertama menginap, perawat berncandaan ketawa ketiwi suara kenceng di jam istirahat, nunggu ditegur baru diem, hari ke 4 rawat inap, semua perawat ngecek tiap kamar, pas masuk kamar tempat istri saya dirawat, berisik banget. Hari ke 4 pula minta acc dokter saraf gak keluar keluar itu izin. Alasannya dokter tidak bisa dihubungi, masih di poli lah, harusnya bisa pulang di hari ke tiga, oke kami sabar di hari ke tiga, hari ke 4, istri saya sampai harus ke depan sendiri, datang ke poli. Sudah di depan poli disampaikan ke depan umum. Baru tu muncul konfirmasi pulang gak sampai maghrib acc keluar.

On the 4th day, asking for a neurologist's acc, it doesn't come out, that's permission. The reason is that the doctor cannot be contacted, he is still at the polyclinic, he should be able to go home on the third day, okay, we are patient on the third day, on the 4th day, my wife has to go forward herself, come to the poly. Already in front of the poly delivered to the public. Only then did a confirmation appear that you didn't go home until sunset, the acc came out.

The receptionist was rudely inform the patient.
When u use ur bpjs they will underestimated u
U were hard to get proper service.
Never referred ur bpjs here because they would not serve u yet.
The front liner and the security considered u as poor people when u show and come as the user of bpjs
They were mean and showed improper action during service.
To all leaders of hospitals please train your Frontlinrs, your security people
